It was finally October. There were 3 days left until Halloween. I would be going with Finney and Gwen.
We were at my house deciding on our costumes. "Maybe I'll just be a witch?" I spoke.
"Good idea! I think I might be an angel!" Gwen said smiling. We both turned to look at Finney.
"I think I'll just go with a basic ghost." He shrugged. "C'mon Finney. Can't you think of something original?" I asked.
"Yeah, like what about a ghostbuster or something?" Gwen suggested. "Actually, I think I'll do that! Thanks Gwenny!" He said happily.
- 2 DAYS LATER - Halloween was in one day! I couldn't stop talking about it, I was so excited. "Guys why don't we go shopping for our costumes today!" I suggested excitedly.
We were in my room which was decorated with so many Halloween decorations. Fake cobwebs, fake pumpkins, black and orange blankets, a bunch of things.
- AT THE MALL. - We ran into the mall and I quickly grabbed Finney's hand, running to the costume shop, Gwenny following behind.
"Slow down Y/n!" Finney laughed. We got inside the store and started looking for our costumes.

- HALLOWEEN. - School was almost over, I couldn't wait. I kept my eyes on the clock. Three...Two..One!
The bell rang and I gathered all my things, rushing out of the classroom. I ran to find Finney and Gwen.
"Hi guys! Are you excited? We get to go trick or treating!" I beamed. "Gosh Y/n, why are you so obsessed with Halloween?" Finney asked.
"Because, Finn. Halloween, is cool!" I exclaimed. "Now hurry up!" I spoke, rushing the two.
They quickly put their things away and we ran to our houses. I went to mine and put on my costume.
I decided to do a little makeup. I put on some mascara, black eyeshadow, black dark red lipstick, and some black eyeliner.
I ran to my room after I was done. I took off one of my pillow cases to use it as a candy bag.
The doorbell rang and I rushed downstairs, nearly falling down the last three steps. I opened the door and saw Finney and Gwenny.
"You guys look great!" I smiled. "Thanks, you do too Y/n!" Gwen complimented. "Thank you! Okay, now if we wanna get lots of candy we better go now. I have other things for us to do after getting candy!" I said, walking outside shutting the door behind me.
- TIME SKIP. - After going to a bunch of houses, it felt like there were a bunch of weights in my pillow case. "We done yet?" Finney asked.
"Yeah, this is way to heavy." Gwenny spoke. "Yeah we're done I feel like I'm gonna fall ov-" Before I could finish I fell over right into Finney's arms.
"Woah! Be careful!" He told, helping me back onto my feet. "Thanks Finn." I said.
Since we were done, it was time for us to go to the other place I had in mind. A haunted house!
After hours of walking we finally made it. "How many?" The man asked. "Three please." I spoke, handing him $10.
He took it and let us in. The first thing we saw was a terrifying dog costume. It was tall, and brown. It had blood splattered on it's suit, and one of it's eyes was pitch black.
I gripped onto Finney's hand. We continued walking. Thats when we saw this creepy clown. It had a black and white costume and had a frown on its face.
There was black lipstick on it's mouth, forming a huge smile. We walked past it quickly. We looked over to our left to see doors with the words 'SCARY' 'NOT SCARY' 'VERY SCARY' Painted on them in red.
"What do you think would happen if we went in one?" Finney joked. "Finney. Don't." I warned.
"Why not? Are you a scaredy cat?" He teased. "No! I just.. Nevermind! Let's just go." I said irritably.
He pulled me along with him to the door that said 'NOT SCARY.' He slowly turned the knob and opened it to reveal a bunny.
"See Y/n, it's not that-" He was cut off by the sound of a chainsaw, right infront of us. "RUN!" I shouted. We both ran out of the room as the bunny chased us.
We made it outside and found a corn maze. "Oh cool! A corn maze!" I spoke, pointing at it excitedly. I pulled Finney over to it with me.
"Wait. Y/n. Are you sure this isn't a-" He was cut off yet again by the sound of a phsycotic laugh.
"Shit." I mumbled. We started to run taking lefts, rights, and everything till we made it out and back to Gwenny. "Come on, I wanna go and eat candy!" Gwenny whined.
- AT YOUR HOUSE. - We made it back to my house and went inside. I took off my shoes at the door, sitting my pillow case on the couch.
"I'm gonna go get changed." I yawned. "I'll call our dad to bring us some pajamas." Finney said, picking up the phone and dialing the number.
I ran to my room and got dressed into my pajamas. I wore a black sweater and orange shorts.
I took a makeup wipe and wiped off my makeup. I ran downstairs and picked up my pillow case, sitting down on the floor with it.
I dumped it out and looked at all the candy. Mr. Blake just got there and gave Finney and Gwen their clothes.
He left and they went upstairs to get dressed. They came back down and dumped out their candy, making sure it's separated.
Finney had a LOT of Kit-Kat's. "Finney, what do you want for all your Kit-Kat's?" I asked.
"All your blue pixy stix, AND. A kiss." He smiled. I crawled over to him on my knees and gave him a quick peck on the lips, handing him all my blue pixy stix.
He gave me all of his Kit-Kat's and I went back over to my pile. We traded a bunch of our candy and after that watched a horror movie.
We decided on Carrie. Me and Finney sat on a couch together, Gwenny was on one by herself asleep.
I had all my red pixy stix next to me, Finney had all blue. "You know what would be funny?" I giggled.
"Hm?" He asked. "If I ate all my red pixy stix and you ate all yours. Then we kissed!" I joked.
I opened one of my pixy sticks and Finney opened one of his. I finished mine before him but once he finished his he said, "Y/nnn."
"Yes?" I responded, looking at him. He pulled me closer and kissed me. We kissed for a few seconds before pulling away.
"Your tongue is purple Finn." I laughed. "I know, that was the point." He smiled. We fell asleep watching the movie after a few hours.
