ヴィラン世界 (Villains World)

Arcane. Special organisation of anti-heroes fictions that helps Denouement group on handling antagonist fictions who try to break the bonding under the Balance laws. It is led by Ainz Ooal Gown, fiction of 'Overlord'. With his vicer, Lelouch Lamperouge, from the fiction 'Code Geass'. Since this Fall/Autumn season is the month of Villains, all security who work Arcane will keep an eye on every spot in the fictional world for 24 hours per day.
"Hmm...it seems like all the citizens of fiction are preparing for the festival, so it's more lively than last year." Ainz ponders while watching the citizens' activity from outside the window in the building. As for Lelouch, he does paperwork to stamp and signature on each page. "At least our people can finally have a long vacation since the blood moon appears after 5 years, every year." Lelouch replied.
"I know, but that's not the point. I had a bad feeling that something was going to be a disaster, since the Demon of the Sun, Shedim, awakened from her slumbers. I don't think our power can defeat her so easily." Ainz concerns. Lelouch stops and realizes it too, even though Lelouch has the great power of mind control it won't affect Shedim. Not just them, other anti-heroes, villains, and heroes, can't defeat Shedim since she still has the bloodline of the Sun. More like immortal infinity. Only hope if there's a way to banish her is to find her 'sibling'. Her sister only knows how to stop her.

"...By the way, any report from Mizuki? Since we're getting for Villain Fest in three months of Fall seasons." Ainz asks Lelouch.

"Mizuki hasn't returned yet. Also, Anos and Rimuru did report suspicious activity every Friday night. One of their alliances saw one of fictions seem to do something that we're not supposed to enter the real world." Lelouch concerns.

Lelouch stands up from his work chair then walks forward to Ainz. Both of them stand in front of the window to watch citizens' activity do their work for their own creators in game and stories in each building. Ainz thought deeply about what Lelouch says, maybe they need more strict and extra guard for this Fall Seasons. Even the Blood Moon has already appeared since the first day of Fall Seasons.

"Maybe we could get some extra help from those new recruiters. This is a perfect time for the boys to learn about handling this 'job' of finding the culprit and doing suspicious activities like you said."

"To whom do you refer? Those new fictions?" Lelouch is confused.

"You know, the next founder of the great seven. Night Raven College students. Mizuki already picked one of five students to help us solve cases. Also, we probably need the girl who's holding the Book of Paracosm too, Kichiko-san." Ainz answered with a happy tone.

"Alright, the floor is yours." Lelouch agreed.

On the other side of the city, there's a forbidden place where only few fictions can enter. Execrable, similar situation when you enter the Dark Web and the uncanny valley. A place of all outcasts and other fictions who are against the law of Balance. These places are also selling illegal stuff and business. Much darker than black market and red light district. This is why the area here is limited to enter. There is also a big building special headquarters of Nefarious hideout, the scenery in there is like a mafia's VIP estate but darker. Hazama and his gang have a meeting after hear White Rock Shooter is banished because of Kichiko defeating her one week ago in Seoul.

"Poor thing~ she failed to retrieve the book even though she was the strongest among us." said Kichimura Washuu, from 'Tokyo Ghoul'.

"This human femme might be different than we expected. Any humans from the real world won't be alive if they can't control the book...but this one seems to manage it so easily." said Stefano Valentini, from 'Evil Within'.
