So waiting for Camdon to magically find us is not something I want to do, I lied to the group earlier.

Now that they've all fallen asleep I can sneak away to find Cam on my own. My brother and Sofia would undoubtedly try to stop me and I can't have that.

I'm leaving them a note to calm their nerves a little.

Dear Veer I have decided to go look for Camdon. Don't come looking for me, with these new moves Sofia taught me I can protect myself , and Sofia look after everyone for me. Goodbye for now.

I checked to see if I had everything I needed to embark on this solo mission and I did but as soon as I stepped out of the door I was met with Lue and Sakai.

"Where ever you are going we're coming too." Lue says stopping me in my tracks.

Sakai follows up with "If you say no I'll scream to wake the others."

Dammit.

"Fine, we have to go now."

My hand hurts but at the same time my head is killing me, why'd they have to hit me so hard if they weren't going to kill me right away. Fuck. My hand still hasn't healed from the other night. I feel like shit. I kinda want to go back to sleep. I know that I can't. We have to get out of here.

But How?

"Don't panic, stay calm, and please be quiet."

Solei

We are tied up in chairs sitting back to back so I cannot see her. I can see a couch, its an actually nice couch and this house is nice too. From the looks of it the residents were probably an old couple judging by the pictures placed neatly around this living room. But it stinks like those officers, I can tell that they are still around.

Even though the swelling in my hand went down I cant do anything too crazy or I might risk damaging myself permanently, I need Solei.

So I whispered to keep my voice down as she instructed earlier
"Is there anything sharp that you can see and reach."
Please tell me there is.
"No there's a double window with no glass or curtains, But I see a glass coffee table. I could kick it to get some glass... But-"

"-It would be loud." I say finishing her sentence.
"So do you want me to break the glass?"

I don't know what to do. We could break free but then what, they took our rations and our weapons and we don't know where they hid them. We can't take them head on, with only our bare fists, it's only the two of us against three men. I don't know what to do.

During my final response to Solei, heavy shuffling footsteps could be heard coming from upstairs, interrupting my final response to her. It wasn't like they were heading down here to us, it sounded more like they were struggling, it sounded like they were wrestling or something. We both look at the stair well not knowing how to respond to what we are hearing.

"These pussy ass cops are into some weird shit. Please don't let them bring that weird shit down here to us. Please." Solei pleads.
