Chapter 15- Two Forces Collide! Jiraiya The Gallant!

"Woah!" As he had to dodge another punch from the Ecidna.

"You got the wrong guy!"  As he dodged a rapid fury of punches from Knuckles, as they took the fight somewhere more peaceful. It was at a mountain top, with a lake near it.

"I know Sonic! I'm not him!" As Knuckles scoffs at his pleas.

"Yeah right! And I'm the one that got us stuck here!" Knuckles retorted sarcastically. Naruto jumped back to gain some distance.

"Look! Can we just talk?" Naruto asked. Knuckles growled in annoyance.

"You bastard! I came here so that I can duke it out with you!" Knuckles admitted. Sighing, Naruto then plucked a flower off of the ground, and brought it up to his nose.

"Relax! We'll have our fight soon, just not now..." As Naruto inhaled the scent of the flower.

"Ahh... the smell of nature is great! I mean you would like my world too, if you weren't such a party pooper." Naruto said. Knuckles growls grew louder.

"Are you gonna talk all day? Or are you gonna fight!" He yelled. Naruto held his hand up.

"Like I said... we have all the time in the world to fight, bud."

"I'm not you're bud Sonic! Don't you forget it smart ass! Now put 'em up! I didn't come here for you to sniff flowers!" Knuckles raised his fist, getting into a stance. Naruto chuckled, as Kinetic Energy surrounded his body.

"Alright... since you wanna get clobbered by me so badly-."

"SHUT UP! Give me the emeralds you stole! Or else." Knuckles warned gritting his teeth, As red Kinetic Energy surrounded him. Naruto's eyes widened.

'What the! How?- Sonic! Why does it seem, like every guy I fight, has the same power as me!'

'Yeah... that's kind of why I didn't want you to fight him... I remember one time on Angel Island, he knocked the chaos emeralds out of me... scary one he is...' as Sonic shivered at the thought.

'Out of you? You know what, never mind I'll ask questions later.' As Naruto narrowed his eyes at Knuckles.

"Well are you just gonna stand there, or are you gonna tell me why you're stealing the emeralds!" He yelled. Naruto smirked.

"Geez. You're brain is slower than you're feet" That was the last straw for Knuckles, as a tick mark appeared on his head.  Naruto smirked as he threw the flower in the air letting it drop, as it slowly fell the ground.  Once it touched the ground, almost immediately Knuckles charged at Naruto, as he jumped back.  The wind pressure from the punch could be felt.

'Holy... don't wanna get anywhere near those punches.' As Naruto dodged a right hook from Knuckles, to which he launched a uppercut at Naruto, which he dodged.  Naruto was slightly faster then Knuckles, but he didn't have the experience, and strength of his, as he got hit in the chest, by a step in side kick. 

Naruto held his stomach in pain, as he jumped back at Knuckles, throwing a punch to his face. However he dodged the punch, and sent a strike to Naruto's body. Naruto turned his body to dodge the punch, and sent a kick to the side of Knuckles ribs. He caught his leg, but Naruto did a step up inseigury, (Is that how you spell it?) and landed a kick to Knuckles' chin.

"Wow...". He started looking hurt, his Kinetic Energy diminishing, before smirking.

"You've gotten weaker." As his energy skyrocketed as he punched Naruto in the gut, sending him tumbling to the ground.

'Holy shit! That hurts!' As he cough out saliva from his mouth. Knuckles started hopping on one foot to another rubbing his shoulder blades together. Naruto growled in annoyance.
