Chapter 3

With that Chiron turned around started walking towards the big house, with me and my team following still in a V formation as everyone around either walked away or moved out of the way

~~3RD Person POV~~

After half an hour in the big house Lucifer stormed out of the big house, his eyes were little balls of flames as he headed towards the top of the hill, the ground underneath him being scorched as if there was a fire where he had walked a few seconds ago. A few seconds later the rest walked out of the big house followed by Chiron, as he looked a little nervous while watching Lucifer. Noticing this Max turned towards Chiron and told him. "Don't worry about him, he will be fine. He will most likely be back in time for dinner."

The Centaur nodded towards Max before shaking his head and getting rid of his nervousness as Annabeth and Percy walked up to Chiron as Percy asked. "Where is the hot headed giant going to?" As soon as the words left his mouth a celestial bronze kunai hit the floor at his feet and another one lodged itself into the side of the big house, centimeters away from his face. Whirling around Percy looked to see who threw the Kunai's but the only person he could find was Lucifer who was staring directly at him as Lucifer shook his finger at him before pointing towards where his ear is.

"He has impeccable hearing, better than Artemis herself so it's best if you think about what you say about him. Or make sure that he does not have a clear line of sight towards you." Luna told the two stunned demigods and centaur. Upon hearing that Percy gulped and nodded, watching Lucifer walk over the other side of the hill and disappear. Chiron cleared his throat as he looked towards Annabeth and Percy "Could you two please show these four young one's around Camp Half-Blood until it is time for dinner? That way they can get acquainted with some of the campers and familiarize themselves with the place."

Percy and Annabeth nodded before walking away as the teammates followed them as the duo showed them around camp. Chiron watched for a bit before sighing as he walked back into the big house, wondering how he was going to break the news to campers at dinner time that the team would be staying with them for a while.

~~James' POV~~

I smiled and laughed softly watching Percy's reaction to Lucifer throwing Kunai's at him, as Chiron was talking to the two I grabbed the Kunai's to hold onto so I can give them back to Lucifer. When Percy and Annabeth started walking away to show us around I stayed closer to the back of the small group as I looked around the camp. Here and there we would ask questions about the camp and campers and would stop sometimes to talk to other campers, I was taking mental notes in my head about the camp, the cabins and where things were located to tell Lucifer later.

As we walked around the camp and talked to the duo I could tell that Max, Luna, and Elisa were becoming more relaxed and comfortable. Most people would still be tense but compared to almost all the other missions we've been on this is very nice, most of the time we would have to watch each other's back but here we can actually relax for a little bit. Although the downside is that we might not be able to relax that much thanks to Lucifer, he's not a bad leader he's just strict sometimes and cares for us because we are like family to each other. Hopefully, the longer we stay though, the more he will relax and not have so much anger and hatred in him as he usually does, no one but Chaos and maybe the gods, if they still remember that is, knows why he hates the gods so much and why he always has so much anger.

A few hours went by and just as we were finishing up the tour the conch horn blew, signaling that it was time for dinner. Me and the others followed Annabeth and Percy to the dining pavilion as we walked I noticed a few of the campers staying as far away as possible from us, while others either ignored us or would sneak glances at us as they walked to the pavilion. Once their Chiron motioned us to him and wanted us to stand at front, Annabeth and Percy said goodbye and went to their respective tables as we walked towards the front, all of the campers had their eyes on us. As soon as we made our way to the front we heard a howl coming from the woods that was next to the pavilion and I sighed softly recognizing the howl as Lucifer's after he was finished doing one of the many things he did best and was going to be here soon.
