Chapter 7

My heart is racing as they both look at me wide eyed. The room is dead silent and the air around us is very thick that i can slice it with a knife.

"Taehyung is our Daddy?" Miri breaks the silence. I gulp loudly before nodding.

Miri turns her gaze towards Taehyung and i do the same. Taehyung is smiling at her and suddenly, she runs to him and wrapped around her tiny arms around his neck. Tachyung hugs her back and lifts her off the ground. I turn to look Miru and he's looking at Taehyung.

"My Daddy?"

He asked me and i nod mutely.

Miru's gaze turns to me and he smile widely. He wraps his arms on my neck and hugs me tightly. I wrap mine around him and pat his back. He pulls away from me and run to Taehyung. He wraps one arms around Miru, and hug the both of them.

I just sit there with tears in my eyes as i see the three of them in each other's arm. Taehyung looked up and his eyes meet my teary ones but look away immediately.

After i don't know how long, they pulled away.

"Daddy. I have a Daddy like all the kids have." She smiles widely and hug him.

Taehyung smiles and hugs her back. He kisses the top of her head and i look at Miru. He's also grinning from ear to ear.

All these years, i didn't know they both needed a father. Now i realized how much it hurt to them to see other kids with both of their parents while they had only a mother. But then all the kid's parents didn't have trust issues and were not blinded by jealously.

Then, there was Kim Taehyung. He didn't even come to me with whatever made him think that i was cheating on him and that too with my bestfriend Yoongi. I stand up from the floor and walk out of the room, letting them have their moment and also to have some time for myself.

But before i could make my way out, i feel little finger hold my hands. I turn around to see Miru smiling at me.

"Group hug!"

Miru squeals and Miri joins him. Miru pulls me back in the room and Taehyung stood up with Miri in his arms. And Mire asking me to pick him up. I think for a few minutes and go for it.

Anything to make my twins happy.

I picked up Miru and Taehyung walked closer to us. Miri wrap her arms around Taehyung. And then Miru. Taehyung slowly raises his hand and wrap it around my waist and pull me close.

All the hairs on my body stand straight because of his touch. We stay like this for a few seconds and i pull away. Taehyung drop his hand and tucks it under Miri.

"So, mommy are we going to stay with daddy now?" He asked excited and i nodded mutely.

"Yeyy!"

Miri and Miru squeal in happiness.

"I love you, Daddy!"

She said and lays her head on his shoulder. Taehyung smiles widely before replying to her.

"I love you too, my baby girl."

He kiss her cheeks lovingly.

"And me Daddy?"

He pouts and Taehyung laugh at him.

"Ofcourse, i love you too, little man." He said and ruffles Minu's hair.

As i looked at them, i realize something. I realize that everything is going to change from now on. I realize that the kids will love him the way they loved me. I realize that everything in my life is going to change now. As the three of them laughing, i walk out of the room. I stand by the window and look out of it admiring the beautiful view.
