Lunar New Year was coming up soon and everyone was preparing to celebrate. Pigsy had managed to get a spot for a good stand in the festival they have, and MK was more than happy to train with Monkey King.
I, however, had more pressing issues to attend to.
"Cresselia and Darkrai got into an argument... again." Marshadow exclaimed in exhaustion. And I couldn't blame them.
While Cresselia may only be a legendary, and thus, easier to pacify, Darkrai was still a Mythical.
And a very powerful one at that.
"I haven't slept in 5 days. That's how long this was going on for..." Marshadow yawned and I gave them a spare blanket as they practically melted into my beanbag chair.
I cringed at their eye bags. "Honestly, you'd think these two would be more civil. They haven't fought like this in how long?"
"17 centuries..." Marshadow muttered. "All other arguments between this one and the last one were all just regular, petty arguments."
I cringed. I wasn't even alive 17 centuries ago, so I have no clue why Marshadow was coming to me to solve this.
But I took it on anyways.
Because I can't say no.
Dammit, MK is rubbing off on me...

I groan from atop the building I stood on, looking at the moon like it was the most interesting thing in the solar system.
Well, it was, but it wasn't what I should be focusing on. Instead, I should probably be focusing on the Dark Void that constantly clashed with the Psybeam.
Apparently, according to the bits and pieces of the story I heard from the two arguing, plus the emotions I could sense from them, they were both upset at each other (but we already knew that, didn't we?).
According to Cresselia, Darkrai had been going around, sending people into nightmares in order to fuel its power, only for those people to be stuck in a comatose-like state where they couldn't wake up from it.
And according to Darkrai...
Cresselia was being stuck up.
...how this guy became a respectable Mythical, I will never know.
Considering that my types may be resistant to Dark-types, but are only normally damaging to Psychic-types, I need to plan this out carefully...
Cresselia, she's a pure Psychic-type. However, she resists all my Fighting-type attacks, which puts me in a bad position since I am a Fighting-type. She's weak to Bug, Ghost and Dark-types, but since I don't have any Bug-type moves, I can use my Dark and Ghost moves to take her out easier.
Darkrai, it's a pure Dark-type, Cresslia's polar opposite. Unlike her, however, Darkrai is weak to my Fighting-type attacks, so that could make things easier for me.
Now, the only question is how I separate the two and use Fighting attacks, while also not using Fighting attacks.
"WHAT THE HECK!?" I look down to the street to see a shocked MK and Mei, both gaping at the Pokemon fighting in the sky.
"Hey! Great timing!" I exclaim and drop down. "(YN)! Wats going on?" Mei wondered worriedly as she watched a building almost get destroyed by Darkrai, if it weren't for Cresselia stopping it with Psychic.
"Cresselia and Darkrai are fighting. This is a normal occurrence, but one like this is not normal. This is way past their petty squabbles." I explain.
