Lafayette's POV

I sat back in my spot and watched as the others ate and watched Camilton, I wasn't feeling all that hungry, but I couldn't deny that the pizza looked good, the cheese and the pepperoni, the brown crust, and the sauce that was slightly visible under the cheese. It looked really good. I think someone noticed me looking at the pizza because the next thing I knew, I heard Alexander say, "Do you want some pizza, Lafayette?" I looked up at him and shook my head. "No, I'm fine, you guys go ahead." Alexander shrugged. "Alright then." I don't know why I denied it, I did want pizza, but I just couldn't say it. Maybe i just didn't wanna look desperate? Or something else? But I know that they'll probably eat it all anyway, with or without me, so I'll just let them get their fill; I'll be fine.

An hour later.

An hour into the movie. John and Hercules had started drinking the beer a while ago as they ate, though Alexander stayed on the side. I sometimes forget that Alexander doesn't drink, though I don't know why; he hasn't told us. "Hey Laf, you know what I like about you?" Hercules drunkenly says to me, his breath getting into my nose. "What?" I reply, watching as he puts his head on my right shoulder. "I like how you talk, it's so..french.." he chuckles and looks into my eyes, smiling like an idiot. I chuckle as well, he's so different when he's drunk. "Well, thank you, Herc," I say. "What I don't understand, though, is why you don't eat anything when we're around. It's a little silly.." Hercules then says, still looking into my eyes, his beer-riddled breath is intoxicating, as are his deep brown eyes. "Well, I- I'm just not feeling hungry.." I say. It's a lie, though only a white one. "Are you sure?" Hercules asks me, I look away from his gaze. "Yeah, I'm really not hungry.." I say, feeling nervous as I'm questioned by my drunk friend.
