Ritwik and Mishti had not had another confrontation since that day. Mishti was now appointed to work under Akash rather than Ritwik and they themselves made sure to avoid each other.
Mishti was afraid of the feelings she was starting to feel. She had never felt this way before. Lakshya had broken her heart but it was more of her trust that he had broken. And she fears that this one person holds the power to break her as a whole so it only better they draw boundaries before things went too far.
Ritwik was totally baffled at the intensity. He had never felt this way before not even with Nimisha. The intensity, the madness and the obsession was too overwhelming. And he was more afraid of the fact that he lost control over himself whenever he was around her and Ritwik Noon has a hold on himself. He couldn't afford to loose that.
Both of them were pretty confident with their decisions but what they failed to realised was that destiny had already played it's cards in the form of Ruhaan and Lavanya.
