Mishti wakes up lazily as the sunrays manage to irritate her out of her sleep. One look at the clock and she shoots out of bed at jetspeed. Holy Crap!! Ganapati Bappa raksha karna or that Khadoos will kill me today, At the mention of the devil her eyes fall on the portrait in her sketchbook that lay open bringing back memmories of a particular afternoon.
" Wow that's an interesting design indeed Ms. Khanna" The sarcastic comment jolted me making ne realise the presence beside me. The Wolf himself and his eyes held a sparkle as if he had set his eyes on his prey. She gulped realising that his eyes were on her. Sending a silent prayer to her Ganpati Bappa she put on her fakest smile and turned to him subtly closing her sketchbook. "Good Afternoon Sir, I will be shortly done with the design and it will be on your desk at the said time" Ritwik gave his signature smirk and moving dangerously close to her, he whispered in his husky voice "Yes, I just saw the design you were working on and in case you need any information regarding the detailing feel free to contact me. Oh Sorry the 'Mr. Khadoos' wolf." And with a notorious wink he left as Mishti sat open mouthed trying to decipher the underlined meaning of his words.
Nothing had changed at office after that he was still her Khadoos boss. But for Mishti not everything was the same. Her heartbeats dangerously rose everytime she remembered his husky voice and proximity. She found herself being more conscious around him and the portrait of the 'Khadoos Wolf' now retittles 'Khadoos Sexy Wolf' looked more like the man himself than the Wolf.
Ganapati Bappa pls pls don't let him reach before me. I will even give you a Mishti special Ladoo. But pls don't let him be there. Mishti was so lost in her prayer rant that she did not realise that someone else had entered the lift and was looking at her amused at the prayers she was doing out loud. He let out a chuckle making Mishti open her eyes. Once again baffled at the coincidence she mentally cursed her Ganpati Bappa cancelling her offer and meekly smiled at him. He surprisingly was quite until the lift doors opened. But as they exited he again froze her with his husky tone "By the way I wouldn't mind having the offer to come late. But I don't want Mishti special Ladoo but Mishti the Ladoo would do the job"
