As I'm parked in a spot at the school I take my backpack out of my trunk and bring it to the field.
"Ahh the smell I missed of newly cut and painted grass." I say soothingly
Walking towards the field I see a group of guys smoking cigarettes on the bleachers.
"Seriously!!?" I scream at them.
"What baby doll? It's a nice day to smoke outside, and by the way I've never seen a girl in football cleats so I'm guessing your here for girl soccer?" he said as his friends behind him giggling and whispering things to each other like a teenage girl after her first date.
"Actually I'm here for football unlike you and your girlfriends. Yes I said girlfriends 'cause they are giggling and whispering to each other let alone looking at me and blushing like a teenage girl with googly eyes after her first kiss." I say as taking the cigarette out of his mouth and giving it a whiff.
I cough.
"Cheap. Should've known a boy with tattoos and spiky hair would buy cheap cigarettes." I throw the cigarette on the ground step on it then throw it on the trash.
"Now move I need to practice, for football." I harshly spit out
"Alrighty Red 32!! Blue 49! Ready... Set... Hut Hut!!!" I shout at loud as I could.
I start running back and throw the football. I start running to where I throw it until I see someone in the way.
"SHIT! SHIT!" I scream as I slide down the field in pain.
You won't believe who the PEOPLE were.. "Tyler,Zach and brother, Grant. How may I assist you? I was in the middle of a play." I mumble loud enough for them to hear.
Zach let's out his hand. I slap it away and pull myself up.
"I don't need your pity right now. What do you want guys?" I say backing away towards my phone.
"We want to play maybe. Ever think of that, Riley." Tyler announces somewhat proudly in a way I really didn't understand.
I hear heavy footsteps come behind me and turn around to the boys I saw earlier.
The guy whose cigarette I took said "We'll play to make it even I have 11 guys with me."
"That's cool Nathan thanks." Zach said PEACEFULLY.
Me looking confused as hell turning into burning flames I shake it off and move into quarterback position.
"Woah, little lady I think I should take the big shots here." Nathan said in a criticizing tone.
"Back off asshole I know what I'm doing."
"Alright! Red 36!! Blue 32!! Ready.. Set.. HUT HUT!!" I shout as I run near the end zone.
A kid from Nathan's group throws the ball at me.
I catch it perfectly and start running balancing my feet. I ran straight to a touchdown!
"WOOO!! We did it! In your face Nathan!!" I scream directly at him as a frown appears on his face. He walks away. I run after him.
