Today was Homecoming day, it was game day. One of the most anticipated games of the season. Tonight Beverly High would be going up against none other than Malibu. Everyone was on their toes in regards to the results of tonight's game.
Jordan tried to focus on the game yet his attention kept going over to the young cheerleader that sat on the sideline warming up. Olivia from the stance also had her attention on Sophia, since the Baker twins were trying to figure something out to help her.
"You might have a little drool coming from the side." Spencer said coming up to Jordan as he witnessed the young quarterback having his full attention on Sophia.
Jordan simply rolled his eyes and went over to where his team huddled up. Only he knew what was going through his head.
Sophia from the sideline kept glancing over at her phone to see if she had any calls.
"Hey Captain." She heard someone say from her left. She turned and saw none other than Noah making his way over to her with a smirk on his face.
"I swear you look good in anything you wear." Noah said, bringing his hand up to caress the gems glued onto the side of the young girl's face. Sophia simply smiled at the complement given by the Malibu quarterback. "It sucks you're going to be on the losing squad tonight." Noah said, making the young girl chuckle before looking over at the Beverly High football team huddled up.
"Nah, I have faith in my boys." Sophia said, sending a smile at her brother who gave one in return.
"Listen I was thinking and I don't just wanna be the guy you look at for you know." Noah said, bringing the young girl's hand into his. "I really like you Sophia and I wanted to know..." Noah said before being cut off by the sound of a cell phone.
"Sorry I have to take this." Sophia said, looking down at the phone in her free hand.
"Hello? Aunt Mel?" Sophia quickly answered the phone, taking a couple steps away from Noah.
"Hey sweetheart." Melanie said from the other side of the phone.
"Look sorry for blowing up your phone all night. I just didn't know who else to call." Sophia said, pushing a small strand of loose hair behind her ear.
"It's okay what's wrong?" Melanie said through the phone.
"There was this lady that called last night and she left me with questions, her name was Letty." Sophia said as the Malibu quarterback turned around to walk away.
