Adelaide's POV

I woke up with my face buried in a chest, an all to familiar scent wafting through my nose. I could feel his arm wrapped around my body but I made no attempt to move. I tilted my head upwards towards him to see him calmly scrolling through his phone. I didn't even realise how long I was staring at him until he spoke

"Good morning princess"

"Good morning"

He gave me a smile before leaning down and kissing my head. Nik has been very affectionate since I came back. It's probably normal though since we're dating or at least I think we're dating, none of us asked the other and we haven't even been on a date yet. After a while I got up and went to the bathroom. I've been wearing Nik's clothes as Pjs since I don't have clothes here. I would borrow off Rebekah but Nik's clothes are comfy and soft so I steal his and he lets me.

I brush my teeth and take a shower before starting to comb my hair. I reached for Nik's clothes on the chair when I realised that I had actually forgot to bring them. I wrapped the towel tighter around my body opened the door and immediately made my way to his closet. As soon as I opened the door Nik vamp-sped in front of me.

"Your not gonna give me a show?"

I stepped back ready to run away when he grabbed me and carried me around making me giggle. He threw me on the bed and crawled on top of me caging me in with his arms

"Don't you think it's a bit perverted for you to be pinning me down while I'm naked"

"Your towel is on isn't it"

He leans down and starts planting kisses down me neck

"But I could always take it off"

He tugs at the bottom of my towel a little bit before sliding his hand up my thigh dangerously close to my vagina. My breathing quickens as I wait for the much anticipated action. His hand slides up further until a knock is heard at the door. Nik attempts to ignore it before another knock is heard. He groans frustratedly before climbing off the bed and answering the door.

"Elijah, what do you want"

"You're in a particularly foul mood today, why?"

"I was in a great mood until u knocked on the door"

Elijah tilts his head to look past Nik and towards me, I just waved at him and he nodded in response

"What do you want Elijah, I was busy"

"I see that. I just wanted to inform you that Rebekah managed to burn the last of the white oak"

I got up and went to the closet to put on some clothes while Elijah and Nik discussed whatever it is they were talking about. I heard the door close when I came back in to the room Nik spoke.

"I thought we were having fun"

"We were and we were interrupted"

"We were but he's gone now" he says getting closer

"Nope. We haven't even confirmed that we're dating"

"We are"

"We've never been on a date"

"That's because you never gave me enough time to ask you out on a date"

"So you were going to ask me"

"Yes I was I was just getting things ready but since you can't wait"

"No I can wait. But it means you have to as well"

"Well I don't think there's any need for that"

"No it's fine we can both wait"

I flop down on my bed and pick up my phone to check it. I only have one message from Caroline saying to meet her in the woods.
