Since I got janet to quit stripping at the club, i've been working from home so I could help out Janet more with Amanda. She's been coming around and getting a bit comfortable instead of being all distant and everything. I was in my office reading about this new case that just came in when Janet walks in.
Toni: "good morning"
Janet sits in front of me that was in front of the desk, her hair was wild on her head, it was clear she just woke up.
Janet: "Amanda wants to sleepover with a girl from her school"
Toni: "yeah she asked me if I could drop her off this afternoon if you said yes"
Janet: "should I let her"
Toni: "of course"
I look over at seeing her in this silky gown black gown so when she crossed her legs which caused a bit to show . I bit the inside of my cheek as I look at the computer screen.
Janet: "yeah... maybe it will be... good for her... yeah"
I could hear nervousness in her voice which was understandable since her daughter never stayed somewhere without her.
Toni: "I think it will be good for you also"
I look over at Janet again, seeing her looking at the floor.
Janet: "why are you all dressed up?"
Toni: "I guess I wanted to be extra... usually when I worked from home, I be in just a shirt and panties"
