I was woken up by my phone that was on my pillow, ringing loudly by my ear. I felt Toni's arm move up that was wrapped around my waist. Move up and stops on my breast. I looked over at her, seeing she was still asleep. Toni was a deep sleeper, she could literally sleep through anything. I reached ip and grabbed my phone cause it was still ringing, it was an unknown number but I answered anyways.
Janet: "hello?"
??: "Janet... Janet is this you?"
Janet: "yes, who's this"
The person on the other side of the phone was silent for awhile.
??: "it's Michael"
My heart starts beating because I was so happy to hear his voice again. But I kept my excitement under control cause I didn't want to wake Toni.
Janet: "Michael, I'm so happy to hear from you"
Michael: "I've been trying to get in contact with you but I looked and looked through every number book I came across"
I chucked at the sound of Michael's voice. I could hear the excitement in his voice as well.
Michael: "hello, are you there?"
Janet: "y-yes"
Michael: "did you hear me, I asked if you could come to mothers today?"
Janet: "mom doesn't want anything to do with me Michael"
Michael: "she's getting older Janet and she's weaker now and I think-"
Janet: "so just cause she's dying... she wants to see me"
Michael: "you're all she talks about Janet... her not hearing from you... is killer her"
I bursted out laughing on accident and Toni jumps cause my elbow hits her on her side.
Toni: "ughh Janet"
Janet: "sorry but Michael I'll think about it"
Michael: "okay be here around 1 cause everyone wants to see you"
Janet: "and Joseph?"
Michael: "Him and mother had gotten a divorce, 3 years after you left"
Janet: "you mean, when she kicked me out"
I hear Michael sigh and I roll my eyes. I turn over so that I was on my back and Toni moved and laid her head on my chest, she was clearly still tired.
Janet: "I'll be there ok"
Michael: "oh Janet..."
Janet: "yes Michael?"
Michael: "can you bring your child, I would love to meet them"
Janet: "I would love to bring my beautiful, strong daughter that the family had-"
