You woke up when you heard someone calling your name as you look to see none other than yae as she was calling your name repeatedly as you groan and turn to the side as you grab the pillow and cover your head.

"Let me sleep, yae"

"As much as I want you to take a rest due to all that work, traveller is here to see you"

"What now?"

"It's about ei"

You took off the pillow under your head as you look at yae.

"What? Is she alright?"

Yae just chuckled at your reaction and told you to meet traveller outside as you did and went out of the shrine immediately as you saw traveller and her little companion waiting for you as they saw you and smiled, giving you a wave before approaching you.

"Traveller, you called for me about ei what's wrong?"

"Eh? Yae already told you?"

"Eh?"

"I said I can take care of it..and only wish to say hi to you before I leave but looks like she woke you up.."

"I see..."

You sigh as you imagine her smug face as you shake your head and look at the traveller.

"What's wrong with ei?"

Lumine pointed the skies as you look only to see it's gloomy as you then look back at traveller with a worried face.

"I see, ei is feeling gloomy today..I wonder why"

"That's what I'm about to find out, since your already awake. Would you like to come with me?"

"Sure, let's check on her"

With that you both went to inazuma city as you walk towards tenshukaku. They are two guards on tenshukaku as they saw traveller and stop them from going inside.

"Halt, traveller. The shogun doesn't want any visitors for the meantime"

"We just want to check on her since the people in inazuma are worried about her because the skies is gloomy..they thought their shogun had some kind of illness"

"I'm Afraid we can't let you in, shogun's order-"

"The traveller had my permission to go inside tenshukaku"

"Uhm...who might you be?"

"Y/n, former commander of inazuma"

Once they heard your name they immediately got shock as they bowed.

"Apologies to our rudeness! Commander! You shall go inside with your guest"

You nod as you look at traveller who was surprised as you then both went inside. Once you got inside you saw ei- no the Raiden shogun walking around tenshukaku as she is indeed having some kind of problem but luckily its not an illness.

You look at traveller and gesture her to talk to her as she did while you just followed behind.

"Shogun!"

Paimon called her as she then stop walking around and look at traveller as she sigh.

"How did you get in?"

"Trespassers are to be eliminated at once"

"Wait no, it's us! Why are you treating us like we're your enemies!?"

"We made amends, didn't we? Also, we got in by totally legitimate means!"

"Denied. use of force has been forbidden"

"Anyway. begone. Do not disturb my solitude"

"Forbidden? why?"

"That is of no concern. This is my recuperation state"

"Uhm...y/n, what do you make of this? She's acting strange.."

"Perhaps the shogun needs to rest to relax for a bit"

"This body has no need of rest. but I am an assistant to the one within. If she wishes to rest, I must follow her will"

"Ah so this is all ei's doing.."

You sigh as you folded your arms.

"Why is she suddenly doing this? Surely you going about your business doesn't interfere with the plane of euthymia?"

"Paimon agree, ei got plenty of space in there. Seems like it would be the perfect place for rest and relaxation"

"I do what she wishes, I can say no more than this"

"But everyone is been worried and wishes to see you"

"I cannot. In my current state, even if I went out, I could do nothing"

"I am currently unwilling to deal with any business, I am also incapable of it"

"Ah..I see what you meant"

"It has been forbidden...*sigh* please refrain from making me talk any further"

"What should we do? It feels like this conversation is going nowhere"

You smiled at them as you flick your fingers and they immediately disappeared Infront of you to which you sent them in her plane of euthymia to talk to the real ei while you stayed behind.

You and the shogun just shared glance at each other as you were feeling uncomfortable by how cold she look at you and felt like it was ei looking at you like you ate her sweets or something.

You then summon a dango on your hand as the shogun then immediately look at it suspiciously and look back to you.

"What are you scheming of?"

"Don't worry this is just ei's favorite food"

You hand her the dango as she look at you one more time and folded her arms.

"I don't need it"

"Really? I heard it taste pretty sweet"

You smirk as the shogun had her eyes on the dango now while you pretend that your gonna eat it.

"Well then guess I'll eat it"

Before you could eat it, the shogun stole the dango from you as she took one bite and her eyes sparkle on the sweetness and continue eating.

*I see she likes sweet just like ei*
