Amiya and her friends spend time together at her house for the weekend as a sleepover. She loves her friends as much as they love her, since they have known each other since childhood. Amiya is your classic sweetheart that everyone adores, she is the basic good girl y/n of most books. She is kind, smart, bubbly and an extrovert who loves activities which put her in the spotlight.
"I am so done with school why can't we end it already and graduate?" Misaki, Amiya's friend asks.
"Girl chill we have like a month left so let's enjoy it all together" Amiya's friend, Katlyn, responds.
Amiya shakes her head in disappointment at how chaotic her friends can be at times. However, she loves her friends to death and is thankful for them despite the absurd things about them.
"Amiya, what was that shake of disappointment for huh?" her friend Annette says jokingly.
"The usual disappointment in how dramatic you all can be at times" Amiya merely responds.
Misaki looks at Amiya with a slight irritated gaze, unappreciative of her answer. Misaki always react this way to Amiya's actions and is considered the more problematic one in their friend group. However, Amiya does not mind how she is. Misaki stays silent, observing her other friends.
"Misa, why are you looking at us for?" Annette questions.
"Let her be Annette she doesn't like questions" Amiya answers on behalf of Misaki.
"Tch, I don't need you to answer for me; you're not my mother Amiya," Misaki bitterly spits out.
The girls all turn to look at Misaki surprised at her reaction towards Amiya's response. Surely Amiya did not say anything wrong, she knows her friends and what they like and dislike. Then why did Misaki feel agitated from her response?
"I'm sorry I didn't mean for you to feel that way Misaki." Amiya speaks with a sense of guilt.
"Quit the act of being all goody two shoes it's getting boring and tiring to deal with this every single day." Misaki rolls her eyes in annoyance as she scoffs bitterly at Amiya.
Amiya stares at her in shock and disbelief. What does Misaki mean by this and why would she say this in the first place. Amiya knows she is not a mere "goody two shoes" so of all names why did Misaki call her that.
"Okay Misaki chill she's not acting or doing anything like that quit being so problematic." Katlyn talks back in defence of Amiya.
"Katlyn it's alright don't yell at her." Amiya argues with her.
"Geez Amiya we do not need your useless attempt of taking the spotlight and looking like the victim here. Just say you have an issue with me instead of mentioning the fact I am problematic." Misaki huffs angrily as she glares at Amiya coldly.
"I was not trying to gain the spotlight in the first place, and I never called you problematic. Get your facts straight before rambling such nonsense." Amiya replies harshly, annoyed by Misaki's attitude.
Now all eyes are on Amiya; she is not wrong but why does she sound different? It felt as if she was waiting for this moment; just to blow off on Misaki. However, Amiya did not care whether she was looked down upon or questioned by her friends. She feels her emotions slowly filling up her heart; even to the point of it overfilling and as a result, lashing it all over to her friends making them the victims of her suppressed feelings.
"I have no idea what you have against me, like why even be friends with me if you are going to have issues regarding me? I never once called you anything but a friend; however, if you seriously want to cause drama then here, you are a nuisance and an annoying little prick who is very much problematic and loves stirring drama for the attention because in the end, you are a pathetic little thing who does not even deserve or is worth my friendship." Amiya spits out more venomously; her words filled with pure toxicity and a hidden form of hatred.
The air in the room grows heavy, the silence deafening the environment, every girl frozen as chilling goosebumps arise throughout their bodies. Amiya, the sweet girl who never once was rude even by accident now is saying such words with that very serene and peaceful voice. The look on her face, it seems misleading. The eyes that once were filled with joy and happiness now showed no emotion as it appears drained, making Amiya come off as heartless and cold. Her posture straight as can be yet emitting an aura so dark and vicious.
"Misaki, I do not know what you are high on, but I am done, I am done trying to please you and make sure that 'oh Misa is my friend I must make her smile' because at the end of the day you become nothing but a burden that increases in each growing second. You are the reason my blood boils with rage because no matter what I do to ensure that everything goes according to dear Misa, it all goes downhill." Amiya breaths heavily in anger, as if her sanity is finally shattering apart and crumbling to nothing.
"Amiya what are you saying, do you even realize the words coming out of your mouth?" Katlyn asks with concern.
Amiya chuckles maniacally, spine-chilling shrieks of her laughter haunting the atmosphere as she just stares at Katlyn blankly but deep within that blank gaze of hers is a more devious and malicious stare, almost threatening Katlyn to watch her words. She feels this strange yet familiar feeling within her; it terrorizes her yet pleases and comforts her in a peculiar way. It boosts her insanity now roaring through the walls of her bedroom revealing this new side of Amiya that perhaps is dangerous, even to her loving friends.
