Steve's pov
After I had led on Eddie's bed for a couple more minutes, I got up and walked back to my house.
I remember I still need to tell robin about that dream...
It was dark outside and to be honest, it was pretty creepy... It's not like I am afraid of Thale dark, I've fought literal monsters before. But something feels a bit off..
I hear rustling in the bush, I turn to look at it... I start to hear growling. I bolt back to my house as quick as I can, not daring to look back. I do not plan on dying today.
I make it back to my house with eyes wide and I'm very out of breath. I go to the kitchen to get a cup of water to cool myself down after running for my life.
After a couple more minutes I walk over to the telephone and start to put in robins number.
Buzz buzz buzz
"Hello this is robin?" She called out from the phone
"Hi, it me Steve" I say back
"Oh, so you call to talk about it?" She asked
"Yep..." I agree
"Just take your time..." She said reassuring me
"Well ... How do I begin?" I say chuckling to myself
"I heard some noises up in the attic, I went to go what they were it turns out the attic door is open with a fallen ladder, I go up to check what was up there and I found out something was living up there, I come back down and in my room..." I say nervously
"What was there?" Robin asked curiously
"Eddie... Well not the normal Eddie, more like a demon..." I say getting shudders down my spine just remembering it
"What do you mean?" She asked confused
"He had fangs and his eyes were blood red... He also had blood all over him..."I say trying not to close my eyes incase of seeing him again...
"Don't worry Steve... It was only a dream..." Robin said trying to cheer me up
",I know... But I felt so real-" I began
"Maybe you consciousness is trying to hold on to any idea Eddie might be alive? Including that..." Robin tried to explain
"So... My brain is trying to make me think he is still alive?" I say kind of confused
"Yep. pretty much." Robin said
"I've gotta go dingus, tell me anything you need help with at work ok?" Robin said as she ended the call before I could reply
I still have this feeling in my chest though...
Like it wasn't a dream
