Two days later, Hoseok and his father concluded a deal with Mark. They achieved to make the man cooperate with them in exchange of the CCTV footage.
As for Namjoon, today, he decided to give the recording to Hoseok after days of inner battle. He cares for his father and he loves that man but Jungkook will always be his little brother and he can't protect his father on this. He doesn't know if he'll regret it later because it for sure will make his family hate him but who cares? He got his friends who are like his second family and as long as he has them, everything's fine.
These past two days, Yoongi and Jimin grew closer to each other. With Yoongi inviting the younger often to hang out and Jimin who didn't refuse because he knew that at some point, he had to move on and open his heart to someone else and even if he can't unlove Jungkook in a spam of times, he knows that he will get there slowly but surely and give Yoongi the chance that he deserves.
On the other hand, Jungkook didn't have the chance to visit Taehyung and not even once these days. However, he spent more times with Kim Mingee. Almost every night, he ate dinner with the old man, they watched football on TV and Jungkook even slept there the night because it was too late for him to take the cab as he didn't have a car nor didn't want to bother his hyungs.
And today was one of these days where Jungkook get to wake up in Taehyung's house. When he first woke up, Mr Kim was already preparing the breakfast for them.
"Good morning, son!" The old man greets before returning back to cooking.
"Good morning, Mr Kim"
"Slept well?"
"Yes. Actually, Taehyung's bed is very comfy" Jungkook replies and not long after, Mr Kim placed the cookies and cocoa I'm front of him.
"There's no more banana milk for you. I should go to grocery store later"
Right. The time he spent here, Mingee learnt to knew his preferences and even cooked him his favorite meals.
"We can go there together, I'll go back home right after and come back again tonight"
"Won't Taehyung miss you? You know you're spending most of your days here with me. And by the way, aren't you working??" Mr Kim curiously asks.
"I don't work, I'm still in college but now we're on a little break" Jungkook causally said.
Well, it's not entirely false. He's still a college student but him, Jimin and Hoseok ditched school these past few days.
Hoseok's parents let Hoseok stay off of school for days and as for Jimin, his parents also agreed. Plus, their parents talked with the teachers and as Hoseok's father is a very important person for the University, they let the boys take a week off while giving them school works and lessons to do at home, though.
"You're still a college student?" Mr Kim gapes and Jungkook simply nods his head which made the old man even more confused. "I thought my son dated one of his co-worker or something. How old are you?"
"I'm 18. But don't worry, I'm already on age to date your son. He's only two years older than me. Plus, I'll finish my study in a year and I'll be the CEO of my mother's company right away. "
"A CEO?"
"Yes, my mother built the Jeon company so I know for a fact that I'll inherit it once I got out of college" Jungkook says with a proud smile.
