The feeling was real, there was no cover jealousy left. "Because what kind of best friend freaks out about the thought of his best friend and his girlfriend together? Its just not normal, you are not normal." That was the words Tommy repeated In his head, over and over on the way to his house. The Harrington house, a house ones full of good memories of the trio hanging out in the basement. Its weird how one night can change everything...

The school bell rang, louder that day in Steves head. He hadn't really gotten sleep the night before. Nancy went late, they all had fun, so why couldn't he fall asleep? While he was laying in his bed, the stars shining through his bedroom window, (curtains open ;)) he couldn't help to replay the night. What was it that kept him up? There were no crossovers, no arguments, no problems, just that look in Tommys eyes before he shut the front door. He couldn't stop thinking about it, there was something, something he had never seen before, a kind of begging look. His dark brown eyes shined like the stars on the night sky, dark, with a spark. He wished he could look at them longer and figure out what they meant.

He was leaning against Tommys locker, waiting for him to show up. The corridor was empty, the classroom doors were closed but he refused to leave. He reached into his pocket and took out a black marker, spun it between his fingers and wrote 'Steve Harrington" on the opposite wall.

Minutes went by, he looked and glanced at the clock. An hour late.

"Screw this, he clearly isn't coming" he said, picking up his bag and walking with hurried footsteps to his designated class.

Dark had fallen over Hawkins, the streets were empty, no cars, almost no lights. Right by the local cinema you could see a parked car, engine still running. The wind was blowing through his hair, falling into his face making it hard for him to write clearly. You wouldn't recognise him from afar, it could have been anyone, really. But I wasn't, it was Tommy Hagan, jealous over his best friend. Anger had just taken over him that day, he needed to get it out without ruining everything for himself. He thought, that the next day, when he had climbed down that latter and dumbed the spray paint in his fathers garage, everything would go back to normal. Because the feelings he had couldn't be controlled by writing on the bathroom stall.

He looked around the town for a sign of life, nothing. And it was for the better. He climbed into his car and drove of as fast as he could to get away from everything, mostly his own thoughts.

'All the right moves starring Nancy the slut Wheeler' was written over the movie title, with shaky, red letters.

When Tommys car was gone down the road, a shadow appeared. It was coming from a small road and was now hiding behind the wall, just enough for us to see a dark blue sleeve. The shadow grew bigger and bigger and at last we saw...
