Okay, Hi, I'm Lauren. So I didn't really expect to put this on the internet, but I'm gonna take a shot at it. So here's a little about this book.
I started writing Script when I was twelve years old on the way to a ski trip. From there it grew slowly but steadily. When I don't have school, I'll sit and work on it until two a.m., but for some reason I can't bring up the guts to change any of it. I'm going to warn you in advance, the beginning is awful. Just a reminder, I was twelve... But I think it shows my growth as a writer, so I'll leave it until I get the book published. I'm about fifteen and a half right now, and the writing later on in the story is significantly better. The characters don't necessarily relate to me or anyone in my life, but there are some actions and symbols hidden within the writing that mean more to me than they will to the reader. If you're just sampling, try reading chapters twenty-nine and thirty.
Thanks!
