Seafoam loves hugs but her arm really hurts so she can't give them.

Explanation: Their eye colours. Hazel has a grey eye (because of an injury), Mishima can change her eye colours (so can Pink but it's limited to a few colours), Soulie can make her eyes pink when using her powers and Seafoam has yellow eyes in the back of her head but they're hard to notice. But since she was/is a partygoer the inside of the smile face has red eyes. And Tiara has red eyes that aren't visible in her older drawings.
