So, we've heard a lot about this science guy Dr. Parker Monberry. But who is he?

Dr. Parker Monberry is a scientist and researcher of the Science Research Centre (previously known as the Test Laboratory Centre)
He has created/researched many things. He did research on the Backrooms, which means he had a massive part in Seafoam and Negafoam's lives. He also created Cyberra and her sister Fruta as part of his virtual human tests.
It is worth noting that Kiruka was created at the Test Laboratory Centre 20 years ago. When she reached 14, they began immortality tests on her, which involved killing her and forcefully reviving her. She died a lot of times, and is now terrified every time it is brought up. Dr. Parker was not involved at this time, as he joined 2 years after. The organisation changed their motives, name and everything else. Despite this, Kiru will not forget what happened. Seafoam, Negafoam, Fruta and Cyberra did not see the older times of the organisation, so they don't know what Kiru went though. Their experiences were different.
Oc's thoughts on him:

"He knows his stuff! Made me absolutely flawless!" -Cyberra

"It was a little strange with its idea on researching the Backrooms, and how they discovered them is a mystery to me, but they were all very hard working!" -Seafoam
"Oh, that organisation was great. They were dedicated to their studies, and all mature so they had no major issues with each other." -Negafoam
"The organisation was... not something I focused on much. I still saw some of the people, but I mostly focused on Parker. He was good, no idea what the rest of them were like." -Fruta
"I didn't see much of them, honestly. But from what I did, they were all pretty awesome. Dressed like true scientists. I admire it." -Cyberra
"... They were... far from perfect. They can change their name, or change their idea, and leave that fucked up past behind, but I'll know." -Kiruka
