"Can't we do this tomorrow?" Riley asked annoyingly, folding his clothes unruly on the bed. He was inside the subroom where he had been sleeping with his older brother Connor. Connor, on the other bed opposite to Riley's, was stuffing his things inside his suitcase, listening to music through his earphones.

"Con," Riley called Connor, but he didn't seem to hear him. "Con!" he shouted.

Finally, Connor looked at him mindlessly while lipsynching the song, cocking his eyebrow to signal that Riley was being heard.

Riley left his stuff. He stood up and walked near Connor, pulling one earpiece which was tucked on his left ear.

"Why are we doing this now? Tomorrow is the flight, right?" Riley asked with his hands on his waist.

Connor pulled the other ear piece and threw his phone inside the opened suitcase at the top of organized folded clothes. "Yes," he said, "but we are going somewhere tomorrow. So, we're packing our things early."

"WHAT?" Riley howled in shock. He shook his head in confusion. "I mean, where?"

"I don't know," Connor answered, closing his flight-ready suitcase. "All I know is that we will enjoy our last day here."

"But-"

"But what?" Connor turned to him with a frown. His brother knew him very well. But's means excuses.

Riley sighed and said, "I'm planning a date with Jeffany."

"Riley!" Connor shrieked.

"I know," Riley said, lowering his head.

"It's our last day tomorrow!"

"I know."

"And it's Sunday!"

"I know."

"Don't you forget, it's bro day!"

"I know. I know. I know!" Riley said in fury.

"BUT WHY ARE YOU PLANNING A DATE WITH HER?!"

"BECAUSE I LOVE HER!"

Connor was startled for a moment. His lips were parted and the shock was vivid on the blue of his eyes.

Riley looked down. He just realized that what he had said was entirely shocking, and Connor might not absorb it in a quick.

"I love her," he repeated in almost a whisper. He looked at Connor in the eyes. "I love her."

Connor breathed deeply like he just did it for the very first time. He blinked his eyes and looked at Riley. He shook his head and walked sideways, pacing between Riley and his bed. "No, no. This is not real," he muttered. "No."

"Con," Riley said, touching the shoulder of his confused brother.

Connor dodged the attempt and shoved a hand in front of Riley's face. "This is not real," he said incredulously.

"But, Con!"

"You're having it too fast!"

Riley pressed a palm on his forehead and formed a crease. "Can't I fall in love with a person for just two days?"

"Oh, of course you can!" Connor blatted out. "Remember that girl whom you fell in love with for just two days and you said it was real and all was perfect? But what happened? She dumped you, Ri! She dumped you!"

"But Jeffany is not that type of girl!"

"How did you know?"

"Welp," Riley started. "She's amazing. She's caring. She's thoughtful. She's sweet. She's fun to be with. Maybe she's not that beautiful, but hey! She has a very kind heart." Riley was so delighted saying those words he felt the sparkle on his eyes and the heat rising up to his cheeks, but he didn't care. You blush all you want. This feeling is real.
