Episode 4

Sophie's POV

Someone has managed to find my location.
What will happen next?
Are they Jake's pursuers?

Since I knew what would happen next, I covered the front camera of my phone with my right hand. My heart is beating fast this time. Afraid that someone would suddenly appear in front of the taxi I'm in now.

After waiting a few minutes, nothing happened on my phone. I opened the messaging app, and no suspicious messages. I didn't forget to look out the window, and no one was following me. I sighed slowly. All is well, Sophie. You can still be safe. If all of that was really going to happen, I really didn't know what to do next.

After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally arrived. I started walking towards the hospital entrance. Then went to the reception desk to ask where Richy's room was.

I ran fast to meet my friends. I've been wanting to meet them in person for a long time. When I slowed down, my gaze caught Jessy's eyes, who was waiting in front of Richy's room. Jessy came up to me and hugged me. So did Dan, Lilly, Thomas, and Cleo, when they realized Jessy was calling my name.

"Sophie, welcome to Duskwood." said Jessy while hugging me.

"Thank you for welcoming me, Jessy. hehehe" I chuckled. I could tell that Jessy was pretending to be surprised by my arrival.

Jessy let go of her arms so the other friends could greet me.

"Hi, Sophie." said Thomas.

"Hi, Tommyboy."

"Yoo... Who came here? Why didn't you tell me first so I could pick you up." said Dan who still couldn't believe it.

"Actually before I decided to go to Duskwood, I already told Jessy that I was going to meet you guys. So, Jessy's plan was when I got to Duskwood she would pick me up. However, since you wanted to meet Hannah and Richy, I asked Jessy to didn't pick me up. So that I could surprise you by coming here."

"No wonder, I saw you chuckle. It turns out that Jessy already knew." answered Lily

"Sorry... hehehe.." Jessy walked behind me to hide herself. She tried to make me as her shield.

"By the way, have you met them?" I asked while looking at Richy's door which was still closed.

"Yeah. They're in there. But we still have to wait. Because a doctor is checking Richy's condition, so only one person is allowed in and Hannah is in there." said Cleo.

"Okay."

I walked to the bench not far from where I was standing. I sat down and grabbed my phone. No reply to the message I sent Jake yet.

Jake, where are you now? Just one message reply is fine for me. The important is that I know you're okay.

I opened the message between myself and Jake, then typed a few messages for him.
