Duskwood : Revealing The Truth

Episode 5

After waiting for half an hour, a man dressed in all white with part of his face covered by a medical mask stepped out of the patient's room.  Sophie and her friends walked up to him.

"Doctor, how is Richy's condition? Is he awake?" Jessy asked, she started this serious conversation.

"Not yet. As you all know, it's possible that this could be because he didn't immediately rush to get away from the fire that was around him, so he inhaled too much smoke and became unconscious. But we have given good treatment so that he can recover."  saved." the doctor replied, explaining in detail.

"Can we see him now?" Sophie asked.

"Please. But don't make a lot of noise." the doctor replied, as he moved his body away from the entrance of the room.

"Thank you very much, Doctor."  Sophie said and hurried into the patient's room. The other friends followed behind her.

After being in the patient's room which is dominated by white, a woman is seen sitting with a dreamy gaze leading to the patient's bed.  When the sound of Sophie's and her friends' footsteps rang in her ears, she immediately turned her head.

"Hannah, are you all right? You look really worried?" Cleo asked.

Thomas who was standing behind Cleo walked over to Hannah. When he was near her, Thomas calm his lover, "Calm down, me and your friends are here." Thomas' soft voice tried to comfort Hannah as he gently patted her shoulder.

"So... you guys already know?" Hannah asked with a slightly worried look on her face.

"Hmm... I think so. But we haven't completely blamed you." Cleo replied.

"That's right." Dan said.

"Who do you know this from?" Hannah asked, now starting to put on a confused face.

"Oh. We found out from her. You recognized her, didn't you? From the start, she was the one who helped us find your whereabouts." Jessy said, as she put her hands on Sophie's shoulders and pushed her body slightly forward.

"Looks like I'm meeting her for the first time today." Hannah replied which made her friends gasp.

"The first time?" her friends answered in unison except for Sophie who just narrowed her eyes.

"Right." Hannah replied.

"I… also feel like this is my first time seeing her." Sophie said, confirming that she really had only recently met Hannah.

"Okay, hold on... Hannah, do you know what her name is?" Dan asked, pointing at Sophie with his index finger.

"No." Hannah replied curtly.

"Sophie Wilson. That's her name." Dan said again.

"Really, I've never heard of her name before." Hannah got up from her chair.

"Then, why did you text Thomas with Sophie's phone number?" Dan asked.

"Me? Sending a phone number? You guys guessed wrong." Hannah answered, emphasizing her words though still in a calm tone.

"Wrong?!" Sophie and her friends said together.

"Yes. The numbers sent were not phone numbers and I just realized that the message was addressed to Thomas, not to the person I wanted."  Hannah explained.

"What do those numbers mean, Hannah?" Thomas asked.

"I should have sent those numbers to Alan to track me down." Hannah answered.
