Sakura's POV

It is currently our break time and I was strolling around the campus when I heard Ino calling my attention.

"Sakura, someone is looking for you outside. It's a middle-aged woman, didn't see her clearly though." Ino said stopping in front of me.

"Huh? Where?"

"Near the gates"

"Ok"

I went to the school gates with Ino as we wait for the woman who was looking for me.

"Sakura!" Someone called from behind me as I turn around to see who it was.

"Why is it you?!" I said well more like yelled

Wanna know who it was? Well the person who was looking for me is Uzumaki Kazuko.

"Are you surprised to see your mother?" Kazuko said while approaching with love on her face

"So auntie, you are Sakura's mother?" Ino asks, curiously. Obviously acting like she doesn't know who Kazuko is, pfft!

"Well. Hello I'm Ino Yamanaka" Ino introduces herself

"Hello. Our Sakura has always been forgetful ever since she was young, she keeps leaving things around. I'm sure she caused much trouble for you."

"Uhm, no. Sakura is too independent and never caused any trouble."

"Enough! What exactly are you looking for me for?" I interrupt

"Look at you, my child..." Kazuko nervously smiled

"I'm not your child. Even if you don't feel disgusted saying that, I feel disgusted by just listening to it!" I yelled at Kazuko who obviously playing the victim

"Sakura, what's wrong with you, why are you talking to your mother this way?" Ino asks worriedly. She's acting.

"She's not my mother!" I yelled at Ino really loud that I didn't notice I was making a commotion

I sigh. "Sorry, Ino. I didn't mean to target you. It's just that this is my problem, I don't want to talk about it."

There's a saying called not to try your dirty linen in public. If she publicized it, Kazuko will be despised and accused, but her father will also face much criticism. Even my late mother and herself will be gossip topics for other people.

I turn to Kazuko who I didn't miss her sly little smirk plastered to her ugly face.
