The Bunker in Fox Forest had become a regular hangout for Marie Topaz and Janet Aferton, but the more pregnant Marie got, the more dangerous it was. "I told you, I shouldn't really be playing! This game is risky, and I'm due 1 month from now! The baby could come anytime soon" Janet rolled her eyes "Oh come on, it's just a game" Janet rolled the dice and picked up a 'Dare' card. Janet groaned, slamming the card onto the table, "What?" Marie asked, wondering why the girl was so furious "Another boring dare" She got up and walked over to the other side of the room, picking up a can of spray paint that was provided on a table nearby. Marie raised an eyebrow "Who even provides us with the stuff we need?" Janet shrugged "The game master I guess" "Who is?" Janet scrunched up her face "I already told you, you have to advance to level 50 to find out! Your time will come" Marie sighed, she really wanted to know who was behind this mysterious game "But I'm only level 15" "Then keep completing your dares! The less you complete, the more you fail and the more consequences you recieve" consequences? What is this girltalking about? Marie thought. She watched as Janet walked towards the exit of the bunker, "Where are you going?" "To complete my dare, unlike you!" She climbed up the ladder leaving Marie baffled. Marie had barely completed any of her dares, but she suspected there was many Janet hadn't completed either. Ouch she thought, a smile on her face as she felt her stomach getting kicked aggressively. The doctors suspected the baby to arrive in a month, but it was possible it could arrive early. Hang on in there honey, you'llbe out soon she thought, stroking her stomach. Marie sat in the room for what felt like hours, waiting for Janet to return. Eventually, Marie decided to get up and go and find her, she's probably making a whole ass art display out there she thought. She got up, slowly walking towards the exit of the Bunker and struggling up the ladder. She pulled herself up, revealing herself in the dark forest that surrounded them. "Janet?!" She called "We should probably go home now!" No response. She starting walking around the forest, searching for her friend. She thought about Amber, one of her fellow Serpents who had been murdered in this very forest, months before. She realised how Mary must have felt, walking through the forest looking for her friend, but she tried not to think like that. This was a different situation, Janet would be fine, Penny Peabody was locked up anyway. Maybe I should just headbackshe thought, suddenly she heard a noise, she twirled around, its probably just a fox, after all it was called Fox Forest. Then suddenly, a disgusting smell hit her nose. Was that blood? Surely not, it couldn't be, could it? Marie's heart skipped a beat as she saw a dark figure above her, she looked up at a the nearest tree, that sure enough was scribbled with graffiti. She saw a body in the tree- an alive body, right? "Janet its me! Come down" cried Marie, starting to panic. Suddenly, the figure fell from the tree, Marie dodged out of the way as it came tumbling to the ground. She turned around, there was a body, on the floor, smeared with blood and lips that looked as though they were filled with poison. She gasped, falling to the ground and sobbing. It had happened again. This time to Janet Aferton. Darkness had filled Riverdale once again.
