We left the bunker and found ourselves walking through the carnival again, past the hubbub of drunken teenagers high on sugar. It had been a couple of hours ago since we'd arrived here, thinking we'd be meeting The Angel Of Death. Now after a night of waiting, we finally were. We walked around the carnival, trying to find a sign that mentioned the hall of mirrors. However , there was nothing "Maybe we should ask someone?" Hermione suggested. Before I could protest, Alice had tapped the shoulder of a teen girl who was eating candyfloss with her friends "Hey sorry to bother you" Alice began "But do you know where we can find the hall of mirrors?" The girl swallowed a bit of candyfloss "Yeah, its just in the funhouse, over there" she pointed. We all swivelled around to look where she was pointing. Just opposite us was a huge inflatable house, children were running around on the balconys and inside and teens lurked around the edges, waiting to scare them. A huge face of a smiling clown was hung on top of the house, looking down at us and staring directly into our souls "Okay, thanks" Alice exclaimed. We left the girl and neared the house. As we approached it, creepy music started playing "One, two, where are you, I'm coming to get you" The music said. It strangely sounded like one of The Angel Of Death's riddles. We all stared up at thr vast house, in awe. Hermione shuddered "Uh, I hate clowns" I ignored her and looked over at the sign "Look!" I said. The sign was very small compared to the house and read:

Have fun!"Well that's delightful" Hermione commented "More clowns" "Think that's the least of our worries right now" I said, maybe a bit too coldly "So it's a maze then" Alice said threw gritted teeth "Great" "Which means it's gonna be even harder for us to find The Angel Of Death- but that's what he wants, he wants it to be like a game" I sighed "It is a game to him" Marie had been a game to him. He'd played her like a fiddle and now she was dead. Killing to him was like a game. I hadn't stopped thinking about Marie since she'd died. About her baby girl. Everytime I'd let out even a small laugh or a small smile I'd immediately felt bad after. I was doing all of this for Marie. Meeting The Angel Of Death for Marie. She hasn't deserved to die. She deserved a vengeance. If that meant killing The Angel Of Death I was going to go for it, whether I only had a knife or not. A life for a life. It was only fair. I turned to the others "Who's paying?" We were all pretty much poor so it was a stupid question. However Fred was the richest out of all of us so we all immediately turned to him. He let out a huge puff and reached into his pocket "Fine, but you guys owe me on this one" He pulled out the cash and handed it to the man who was running the funhouse "Enjoy!" The man said as we walked past. Not much chance in that. We stepped onto the fun house. Me first, then Alice, then Hermione, then Fred. I took a deep breath "Well, I guess we are going in then" I pulled back the string veil and walked through the entrance.
Soon, the four of us were stood in a small, claustrophobic room, looking around it. The room was pretty much empty apart from a sign that read:
'Welcome To The House Of Horrors'
Two little signs pointed in two opposite directions, the first one read:
'Entrance 1
Hearing Horror
Treat Torment
Bloody Balconys'The second sign pointing in the right direction read
'Entrance 2
Jumpscare Junction
Clown Central
The Horrific Hall Of Mirrors Maze'"This way" I ordered, walking towards the right entrance. I reached into my pocket, grasping onto the bottom of my pocket knife incase I had to pull it out quickly. I pulled back the glittery string and walked through the door. I was stood in a large room that lead down a corridor. There were small boxes everywhere and pictures of clowns. The music continued to play "One two, where are you, I'm coming to get you" followed by a creepily psychopathic laugh. Alice and the others appeared behind me, looking around "Well this is nice" Hermione remarked "What are these boxes even for?" she wondered, reaching out to one of the boxes "This is so lam-" Before she could finish her sentence a huge jester like clown popped up on a spring. She jumped and let out a horrific screech. She ran away from the box, nearing Fred. She wiped a bit of sweat of her forehead "I think it's best if we just carry on or we all might get jumpscared again" All. Right. I raised an eyebrow but continued walking down the room. As we passed by more jesters popped up out of the small boxes, singing the same song. We all remained somewhat calm except Hermione who jumped slightly at every single one. I noticed as we entered the next room that she had her hand firmly clasped around Fred's. The next room was another long corridor. Clown figures stood in every corner, watching our every move. We continued to walk down the corridor however this time the clowns didn't do anything. They merely just stood there and watched us. This time there was an actual door, however it was bolted firmly with a lock. I ran up to it, trying to open it "It's not gonna open FP" Alice stated "It's locked" I sighed, the sweat dripping off my forehead "Then how are we supposed to get out of here!" I cried, annoyed "How are we supposed to find The Angel Of Death!" I was close to tears, but I barely ever cried although I had done a lot of it recently. Alice placed a hand on my shoulder "Hey it's okay, we'll find a way out of here" she soothed calmly. I looked up at her. She was right. We couldn't give up. There would be a way out of here. I nodded my head "Yeah, your right" Alice smiled back at me. She had the sweetest smile for such a tough girl. I'd always noticed that "Hey, guys" Fred called. He was stood opposite one of the clown figures, a note in his hand "This was stuck to one of the clowns" I marched over to him, Alice not far behind "It says we have to find the key hidden in one of the clowns to get through to the hall of mirrors" Hermione laughed "Great, just great" I took the note of Fred. Sure enough it said:
