Stefan had left a voice message on Nathan's phone when he didn't answer, stating that Elena had been taking.
After hearing the voice note, It sent Nate into panic mode, and he phoned Stefan back. He was getting ready to leave, but now there was no way he could go without making sure she was alright.
Nathan and Stefan stormed into the parlour where Damon was sitting reading the journal.
"Anna took Elena." Stefan exclaimed, worriedly.
Not looking up from the book, Damon replied. "Yeah, I got that from your 600 voicemails. Oh, surprise, surprise, little Nathan's here. I thought you were leaving?"
"I was." The middle Salvatore nodded. "But I'm not leaving until I make sure Elena's safe." When he noticed Stefan's look, he sighed. "Don't worry, Stefan. I'm not going to pull a Damon and steal your girl."
"Whatever." Stefan rolled his eyes and turned to Damon. "Damon, all night long, every single street in town, I've been searching. What if your blood hasn't passed?"
The oldest brother shrugged. "At least you know you'll see her again."
"Please," Stefan begged, sitting down next to him. "What do you know? You were with Anna; you know where she's living. Tell me."
"Stefan with me." Nathan wiggled his finger at him. "I know where Anna lives."
The youngest Salvatore nodded and sped beside him. "Let's go then."
But before they could leave, Stefan's phone rang. He pulled it out of his pocket, and his eyes widened as he saw the name on the screen.
"It's her," Stefan said and answered it before putting it to his ear. "Elena, are you okay?"
Anna's voice came through the phone. "She's fine for now. Tell me you have the grimoire, and she'll stay fine."
"I can get it."
"Which means your brother has it. And I have the witch. So one of you had better meet me in the public town square in 30 minutes." She told him. "So we can safely discuss how fun it's gonna be to work together." And with that, she hung up.
Stefan turned around to see Damon standing there. "Go ahead. Grovel again." The Eldest brother stated. "Oh, wait. No. I don't care."
The brothers watched as Damon walked away with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face.
