"Hello, Princess of Mystic Falls," Nate exclaimed loudly, leaning on Elena's doorway, watching her.

Elena jumped at the sound and turned around to glare at him. "Not funny." She scolded him but he just responded with a shrug. "How did you get in?"

He pointed downstairs. "Backdoor was open, you may wanna lock it."

"Probably John." She stated and began packing the rest of her bag.

Nathan nodded and laid down on her bed making her roll her eyes with a small smile. "Hey, talking of your uncle, has he said anything to you about mine and Damon's trip with Alaric?"

"No, I've still been avoiding him," Elena said, raising an eyebrow. "Why? What's he been up to?"

The vampire shrugged, turning on his side and leaning on his arm. "No idea. Therefore, I was hoping you could find out for me?"

She crossed her arms over her chest, saying. "And, what's in it for me?"

"My gratefulness?" He offered.

Elena shook her head. "Nope, If I do this you owe me a favour."

Nate scrunched up his eyebrows in confusion as he stood up. "What favour?"

"That's for me to know and for you to find out." The Gilbert girl laughed and held out her hand. "Deal?"

He stared at her hand for a moment before slowly reaching out and shaking her hand. As soon as Nate shook her hand Elena smirked making him regret what he had just done.

"I hate you," Nathan muttered causing her to chuckle. He turned to the duffle bag that was on the bed. "Oh, you moving in now?"

She raised an eyebrow at him. "You got a problem with that?"

The man nodded sternly. "Yes, seeing as you're nothing but mean to me it's a big problem."

"I have no idea what you talking about, Nathaniel, I am only ever kind to you."

Nate chuckled, walking over to the bedroom door. "I'll see you later, bitch."

Elena gasped, picking up a pillow and throwing it at his head. Nathan poked his head around the corner to glare at her. She grinned at him but it slowly faltered as he held up his middle finger at her.

"Hey, there was no need for that." The human told him, pointing her pointer finger at him.

"Well, don't throw a pillow at me especially when I'm going downstairs."
