The next day I went to school with the group. They decided to just stay with me for as long as they can so they could show Eleanor they aren't going to follow her. Bonnie didn't walk with us and I didn't see him until lunch. He was sitting with the popular group. I walked over.

"Hey, Bonnie," I said.

"What do you want, killer?" He sneered. I ignored the name he gave me.

"Can I talk to you for a minute?"

"I don't know. Are you gonna kill me?" The teens around him started laughing. I ignored it.

"No. I just want to talk."

Bonnie agreed and followed me into the hallway. I turned to him and gave him an angry look.

"What is going on? Why did you change attitudes all of a sudden?" I demanded. Bonnie gave me a terrified and guilty face. I softened my glare and started to feel bad.

"(Y/N) you don't understand!" He exclaimed.

"You abandoned your friends!"

"(Y/N) I-"

"You what?"

He pinned me against the wall, hard, and glared at me.

"Listen, will you?! I'm trying to help you! If I become friends with those snobby assholes I can get them to like you too. Isn't that what you want?"

"I-I didn't know. But, you could've told the others."

"Look, you don't control me! So I would appreciate it if you just let me do what I want." He loosened his grip on my shoulders and sighed. "I just hate seeing you not in school and always upset. You're such a nice girl and I. . . I love you."

I stared into his red eyes, not knowing what to do. I was speechless. He pulled me into a hug and rested his chin on my head.

"I just want you to be happy, whether it's with me or not. That's all I want," he whispered.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you. Just, be careful. Maybe we can hang out later. I miss your company," I said.

"I'll try. Kendall won't leave me alone."

He pulled away and smiled at me. He started walking away but turned quickly.

"If I'm mean to you, I'm sorry. It's not meant in any way, but I will try to be nicer," he said. Then he ran back to the cafe. I walked back too and sat with the group. They questioned me and I told them I would explain everything later. By the time school ended, I had already been ignored by everyone except my new friends. We walked to Freddy and Gold's house and hung out for a bit.

"Hey, do you mind if I invite Bonnie, so he can explain everything to you guys?" I asked.

"I guess," Freddy sighed. I looked at Freddy and saw he was a bit angry. I don't blame him since Bonnie didn't tell them anything. I took out my phone and texted Bonnie in a private chat.

(Y/N)- Hey, Bonnie. Do you want to hang out now?

Bonnie- Sure. Where?

(Y/N)- Freddy and Gold's place.

Bonnie- Okay. I'll be there in 5 minutes.

We went into the backyard and sat on the deck, talking. Bonnie walked out a few minutes later and stood near the door awkwardly.

"Hey, guys," he said, softly.

"Hi Bonnie. Time to explain," I said. He nodded and started explaining his plan and apologizing. I got up and sat by his feet. He looked down and laughed a bit so I made a cute face at him and he started cracking up even more. Everyone else joined in the laughter and we all started hanging out like friends.

"So what's it like always being around those populars?" Chica asked.

"I absolutely hate it. All they do is gossip about other people and make fun of them. It's actually really annoying. I can't wait to leave them for you guys," Bonnie said. "All the girls also want to date me."

"What did you say to said girls?" Freddy asked.

"I said I'm interested in someone else."

"Who?"

"I'm not telling you! It's personal."

We all started laughing again and Freddy and Bonnie started wrestling. Freddy kept yelling at Bonnie and Bonnie kept yelling at Freddy.

"Ladies, you're both beautiful," Gold said.

"Start running little brother," Freddy said, launching himself at Gold.

"I'm older than you!" Gold yelled, running away. Bonnie walked over to us and sat next to me as we watched the two brothers chase and tackle each other. Bonnie placed an arm over my shoulder and I blushed a little. Chica noticed and teased me silently.

"Hey, (Y/N), maybe you could sleep over my house today," she said.

"I'll have to ask," I said.

"Can we sleepover too?" Bonnie asked.

"Fine. You're staying in my brother's room though," Chica said. Everyone went to their house and Chica followed me to my house to get my stuff. Mara said it was okay and I started packing some clothes. There wasn't any school tomorrow so it would be a relaxing time for me. After packing, we went to Chica's house where we met up with the boys.

"Welcome to my house!" Chica exclaimed, walking in. A boy who looked similar to Chica looked up from the book he was reading and waved. "This is my brother Chico."

"Hey. Sleepover little sister?" Chico asked. Chica nodded and I followed her to her room. The boys stayed downstairs with Chico.

"This is my room. Which bunk do you want?" She asked.

"Top," I said. I placed my stuff on the top bunk of the bunk bed.

"Okay. Mission sleepover is a go!" She yelled and ran downstairs. I followed her and we all went into the backyard with Chico and talked about random stuff. It was pretty fun, but the fun has just begun.
