Cool for the Summer - Steddie Smut

Chapter 4.

That Sunday Steve's parents sent him an email, stating that they'd be gone for longer than expected.

He wasn't even surprised to be honest. He hardly saw his parents, they worked 24/7 throughout all of America. They were in his life until he could live on his own, and then they resumed their own lives.

Steve didn't mind though. He liked being alone, most of the time.

But recently, he just wanted to be with Eddie.

He had thought that he might be falling for Eddie, and then he realized that he definitely was.

He liked Eddie, a lot. He was nice, funny, and had great style. Plus his music taste was great.

They got along as well. And had the same friends and-

"Steeeeevieee?" Robin knocked on the door.

Damn, can't he just sleep in?

Steve closed out of his email app on the boxy computer and headed downstairs. He opened the door for his best-friend, and was met with a very flustered Robin covered in hickeys.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?" Steve asked, pulling her inside.

She was a bright red as she looked at the ground. "Steve...I should have asked for your consent first.." she starts.

Steve folds his arms, in a comfort manner, not in opposition.

"Me and Nancy hooked up." She blurted.

Steve sat flabbergasted, but was by no means mad.

He processed it in silence, and this made Robin panic. She began to blubber on and on and was on the verge of tears.

"ROBIN. Shut up, im just thinking!" He laughed.

"Steve... i'm so so so so soooo sorry. It wasn't fair, and I should have asked first. But now I'm going to ask, is it okay if me and Nancy start talking and possibly get into a relationship?"

"I knew there was something between you too, no matter how much you denied it. Of course it's okay, Robin, I love you and support you. Sure, she's my ex, but we've moved past our relationship and are moving forwards as friends. Plus we dated like..a million years ago." He added.

Robin chuckled. "Thank you for being so understanding." She smiled.

"Moving on, ROBIN YOU BETTER SPILL. What the hell happened???"

She rubbed her neck as she couldn't hold back a smile. "Well, her parents weren't home, so we had a sleepover at her place, and we decided to watch a movie. One thing led to another and then she was on top of me-"

Steve hit her playfully as he laughed. "Your awkward ass had sex? I'm genuinely proud of you for not dying a virgin." He teased.

She rolled her eyes in retaliation. "Whatever. I don't wanna say too much because I don't know what she is and isn't comfortable with me sharing." Robin stated. Steve nodded in understanding.

"Now your turn. What the hell happened with you and Eddie? You suck ass at lying, Harrington. When we got back you were all flustered and shit."

Steve blushed. "Uh..well, we kissed?" He tried to stop it there but she saw right through it.
"No shit, what else? There was major sexual tension between you two. Don't be shy, tell me!"

"He may have sorta possibly given me head." Robin's jaw dropped.

"Eddie the 'freak' Munson gave YOU head? I could ruin your social life and reputation with this information you know." She said.

"We both know you couldn't nor would ever." He returned. She nodded.

After a little while of chatting, they both had a shift so decided to ride together.

The bell rang, and someone who was not expected showed up.

"Jason? What the hell-" Steve felt a rush of anger and anxiety course through him. Why was he here? Out of all people.

He walked over to Steve nonchalantly. "I'm inviting you to a party at mine, everyone's going. Even Sinclair and his little group of fags. Anyways, Tommy and Carol wanted to see you or something."

Steve wanted to punch him just for that comment, but knew he didn't want it to fall back on any of his friends. He also didn't want to go to the party since Jason and his bullies would be there, but he also knew that he couldn't leave his friends alone with him.

"Okay, what time?" He answered.

"Starts at 9 tonight." Jason replied. Steve nodded, and went back to work. Jason scoffed and walked out of the store, the bell ringing with him. Robin walked out at the same time, with her hands on her hips. "You're going to a douchebag party? I thought you grew out of that phase." She remarks in a snarky tone. Steve rolled his eyes. "I'm only doing it for the kids."

"And Eddie." She chimes in. Steve's head shot up. "Wait, what?"

"He's going too, Dustin invited him along with."

Robin walked to the counter once another customer came in, and Steve took a break. He tried to hide a smile knowing he'd have an excuse to hang out with Eddie again.

Steve also wondered what Eddie would wear to the party, and that led to him jacking off in the bathroom while saying Eddie's name, which then led to him wanting to see Eddie's beautiful face again.

So after work got out, he did.
