Prologue

There were only fifteen minutes left for passengers to board flight 878, bound for the great metropolis of Konoha, when young Neji and his cousin Hinata arrived at the stalled checkpoint for hand luggage. The man with long brown hair and eyes so crystal clear that they could easily be mistaken for pearl jewelry was already looking impatiently at his watch as he tried to understand the chaos that had formed in front of him.

"I swear I wasn't trying to traffic that cat!" He must have gotten into my suitcase while I was folding the clothes! - The boy with golden threads and radiantly blue eyes in front of him begged the inspectors to search him like a criminal. "I didn't even mean to bring him with me!"

"It's okay, Mr. Uzumaki, we believe in you. The problem is that we can't transport him in the cabin with you, let alone without a pet carrier. – the boarding inspector kindly explained. "Do you have someone who can look for him?"

"I can try to call a colleague, but my flight takes off in a few minutes."

'Ours too!' - Neji was infuriated with the tranquility in the man's voice. "Is there any way to speed it up?"

"I swear I didn't mean to bring that cat!" - She pointed to the kitten that had hidden in her luggage.

'We believe in you!' Everything is fine!" – Hinata gave the boy a gentle smile and was immediately returned before heading to her cousin, grabbing his arm. "Calm down Neji, there will be time!"

"It's amazing how I attract useless people." - He rolled his eyes and waited watching the exaggerated gestures that the blonde made trying to convince everyone of his innocence.

The unfolding of that story took another ten minutes of the time of everyone waiting in line for magazines. Boarding had already started when the cousins ​​and all the other passengers managed to board the gigantic aircraft. They had already taken off about an hour and fifty minutes ago when Neji finally noticed the female presence who was assigned to sit on his right side, next to the aisle, noticing her only because she activated the on-board services.

"I'm Ino, your flight attendant! Welcome to Flight 878! How can I help you?" - The young flight attendant with long golden hair tied in a high ponytail gave a wide smile to the brunette who was nervously biting her nails sitting in front of her.

"Do you guys have any kind of snack, I don't know, something like peanuts?" - She questioned still with her nails between her lips.

"Yes we do! I'll bring you some. If you want, I can also bring you some sugar water and some magazines to distract you!" - Her experience on board her already showed you how nervous you were to be in that environment. Neji watched them both carefully.

"I accept, thank you." She took a deep breath and brought her hand to the laid-back bun she wore on her strands as she watched the stewardess walk away.

"First time?" - Neji drew attention to himself.

"Is it that obvious?" - The girl smiled leaving her strands to intertwine her fingers.

"I've been through this! I'm Neji, nice to meet you." - She extended her hand and the girl shook it.

"Tenten, the pleasure is mine. You know, I always knew I would be afraid of flying, but they say that to lose fear you have to face them head on. I've never heard such nonsense!" She laughed and was joined by him. "I think I got even more scared getting on a plane."

"Facing fear doesn't always work. My cousin always sleeps during trips to go faster". – She pointed to Hinata, already asleep beside her. Tenten leaned over to look at the young woman beside her.
