As it starts to rain The Doctor grabs the blanket, and River grabs the basket. He holds the blanket over her hair so they run inside.
Amy and Rory immediately pretend to be watching t.v., but forgot one important detail, the t.v. is still off. John and River are laughing while enjoining each others company. They eventually look over to Amy and Rory and ask what they are doing.
"Watching T.V" they say in unison.
"Then why isn't it on" both River and John say. "Were you watching us Ameilla?"
"No we weren't", John and River head off to her room and after they put the blanket into the dryer they go and turn off the music, and go and talk in River's room. Eventually River starts to get cold and goes under the covers.
John thinks "this is weird, and "what are you doing" John lays on top of the covers and falls asleep, and two hours later Amy and Rory enter to put the blanket on the bed and sees them spooning. In the morning their parents drop in. Amy and Rory of course show them what River is up to, because she is not up yet, and Augstus Pond says "at least he isn't under the covers";at this point John wakes up sees the blanket, and drags it over him, looks at River lovingly, then promptly falls back asleep. The Pond parents leave. Amy goes back into the room to find River's diary to see what she has put in about dating John.
