Fleur Isley is like most villain apprentices. She was found on the street, but unlike those lucky few it wasn't by a selfless hero, it was a selfish villain. These apprentices get raised by said selfish villains and become villains themselves. Like sidekicks but evil. Those now villains get their own apprentice's and train them, and the cycle repeats.

Well the hero's didn't want to create a repetitive cycle, so they decided to try and reform as many apprentices as possible. They went around one day and tried to grab as many as possible.

They got four. One of those four was Fleur Isley, apprentice of Poison Ivy.

What they weren't expecting was for those 4 apprentices to fight against them. These kids had grown attached to the villain lifestyle and didn't want to have to change. The hero's had to store them in a containment center for a day before they could fully start their training. The day of the transfer an attack took the hero's away from the apprentices, leaving them with the sidekicks.
