Chapter 8

I wake up and look beside me to find Zak soundly asleep next to me, I quietly get out of his hotel bed and put my clothes on. I quietly and quickly open the door and rush out and down the corridor and running down the stairs into the lobby where Aaron was sitting there the sun was just coming up.

"Oh hi did not know you stayed the night here did you have your own room?" I stood there having no idea what to say.

"I erm slept on the chair in Zaks room he did not want me going home so late"

"Ok well do you need a lift home I shall take you".

"If its not bother I did not want to wake Zak up"

He smiled and stood up.

"I just need to go get the keys sit tight"

I sat down and waited anxiously for him to return.

"Where are you off to?" I jumped and my heart began to beat fast as Zak stood in front of me.

"I'm going home I think I have spent to much time in your company as it is don't you ?"

"I thought you was coming with us today you can work behind camera and watch us?"

"I need to get home my sister shall be worried about me"

"At least take my number?"

He put his hand out for me to pass my phone to him I took it out of my bag and passed it to him as I stood there arms folded not looking impressed.

"Are you ready to go?" Aaron stood behind Zak waiting for me to respond.

"There you go anyway it was nice meeting you" Zak smiled and put his hand out for me to shake it. I shook his hand then left with Aaron.

"What is your postcode I shall put it into the GPS."

I gave him my postcode and we took the drive to my home, I just hope Nick was not there as I know he would want to confront me on why I had done this no doubt I would get a lecture of Sophia.

"You look like you don't want to go home?"

"Well I don't I know I am going to get told off"

"Want me to come and explain everything?"

"No its fine it would just make things worse"

I fount it strange that people I hardly knew wanted to help me out wanted to protect me. I was wanted by people who actually cared.

Aaron pulled up outside my house I shook his hand and quickly left his vehicle and walked upto the front door, before I could open it Sophia stood there not impressed with me as she looked behind me Aaron was still there looking at us both.

She pushed me inside took one look back at Aaron and shut the door I took my shoes off, I walked into the front room and sat on the sofa messing with my phone.

"Don't think you can just come in like this"

"I need to know who these people are!"

"That has nothing to do with you its between me"

"Well Nick is coming later he wants words with you"

"He's not my dad and your not my mum I am old enough, to protect myself"

There was knock on the front door I watched Sophia as she opened it, great it was Nick and Jen.

"I have been so worried about you!" Jen came running towards me and nearly pushed me down onto the sofa.

"I'm fine"

Nick joined us both and sat directly in front of me looking at me.

"What is the matter nothing to say Nick"

"I have plenty to say but not here"

"If you have something to say you can say it here"

"What have they said to you?"

"They said nothing they are going to the location we went to"

"Well we want you to not see them again"

"I won't be anyway they go back to Vegas in a few days"

"You are one to talk don't you think I saw you two the other night"

I looked towards Nick And Jen who looked down as soon as I looked at her.

"You had your chance with me and you blew it end off"

I got up of the sofa and left for the kitchen to grab a bite to eat. I heard the kitchen door shut.

"Why do we have to fight all the time?"

I turned around to see Jen was nearly in tears.

"I've just had enough of everything did you sleep with him?"

"No he dropped me off at home"

"I don't believe any of you"

"If Mum and Dad was here it would be different"

"Don't you think they are looking down on you?"

I got flashbacks from last night with Zak and I wiped the tears away.

"I'm going out I can't be here right now"

I made a quick exit out of the back door knowing Jen she would go and tell Nick and Sophia.

As rain began to fall onto me it was not warm weather either it was cold icy rain, I did not even have a jacket so no doubt I would catch I cold. At least the rain hid my tears I had no idea where I was going I just walked and walked until I fount a bench.

Zak's POV

We are driving around to the location we have to get to after having dinner its pouring down with rain and i'm looking out of the window. We come upto some traffic lights which are on red so Billy comes to a halt I look over to a bench which is right next to the lights and there is this girl sat on it and its pouring down with rain.

"Is that not Lisa?" I point and get the guys attention.

"OMG it is shes going to make herself ill"

The lights turned back green and I asked billy to park up further up the road. I get out of the vehicle and go into the trunk to grab my jacket and go to Lisa well I hope its her.

I start walking up towards her and stop just at the side of her.

"You know you are going to catch a cold out here?"

She looks up and is in shock to my relief it is Lisa.

"I just want to be left alone don't worry about me"

She looked back down on the ground. I ignored what she said and put my jacket around her and sat next to her I was actually surprise that I was allowing myself to get wet.

"Come with us we shall drop you back at the hotel its no good here"

"I told you I want to be left alone" she took the jacket from around her and put it onto my knee, I sighed took one look back at her and walked back to the guys.

"What has gone on then? Bro you are soaked"

"I have no idea but we need to take a detour I need to change now"

"You are certainly concerned about her did something happen between you both?"

"No not at all I can just feel what she feels with my empathy"
