Chapter 25

Lisa

I pack my small suitcase for a business trip I had still not decided if I was going to take the job in Vegas yet, also my night of passion with Nick of course happened again but I did not see us becoming a couple again we just had to much history.

I did not feel for Nick as I did for Zak I know it sounds stupid as I have not known Zak for as along as I have with Nick, there was just something about Zak he cared for me a lot more although he did not show it or say it but I could see it every time I looked into his eyes.

"Ready for me to take you to the Airport?" Nick walks in putting his arms around my waist.

"Yes just about ready just a few more bits" he takes his arms from around me then leaves my room I pack a few more bits into my suitcase before heading out of my bedroom & down the hall to where Nick was waiting for me.

He opens my front door for me then puts his arm out towards the front door I smile, he was the friendly type but he was more a Best Friend type as I have known him for years of course with him it was probably the fact that Sophia is no longer interested in him so he thought he would come to move or move on to me, so I was basically Second Best to him I guess & he treated me like that to my blood boiled about that thought this is what he made me feel like now.

As we got Into the car I turned to him "You can just drop me off at Drop off no need for us to say our goodbyes"

"Wow your words actually hurt me you was not saying that the other night"

"Well I don't know what happened between us the other night for me want to sleep with you again" he just looked at me & we did not speak a word to each other at all, I was glad when we arrived at the airport & he parked in the Drop Off bay to get my suitcase out for me as it was slightly heavy we did not even say goodbye, the atmosphere with us now was ice cold.

I check In then make my way through to the departure lounge until my flight was due & I would make my way to my gate, I fount a not busy area & took my phone out checking out my social media accounts including the guys I looked in astonishment when I fount out that they would be in the same city & town as me for a lock down Coincidence? You may all say.

I got into my text messages scrolling down until I saw Zaks name

"I see you are going to be in the same place as meet want to meet for lunch?"-Lisa

"Are you actually being serious right now? Why are you going to be there?" Zak

"Work as usual business trip" Lisa

"Sounds fun would love to catch up let me know where & when, when you get there" Zak

I put my phone onto flight mode as I heard my flight being called out on the tab board all through the airport, I reach the gate & there is a huge que I look at my watch figuring what time I would be there it was only a 1 hour flight so it would not be that long so I knew to text Zak when I landed.

It was going to be fun to see them again I need to be abit more happier as they are the last people I want asking me why I don't look very happy.

I was finally next & was quickly on the plane & ready to take off I had a window seat always happened to have one but I did like to look out when we was in the Sky especially when we are about to land, to see no land or buildings then to see them.
