I am sat at home wondering what Lisa is up to while in Vegas we had not long since broken up a few days ago, but I still did wonder what she was getting up to especially with them group of people I get my phone out of my jean pocket & check her social media profiles she had put alot of photos up of her having fun but none with them maybe she knew I would be checking them so she thought it was best not to post any up.

I scrolled through my contact list until I came to Sophia's name I clicked on the phone button placing my phone to my ear, listening to the calling tone over & over again until I heard a voice on the end of the phone.

"Do you know what time it is?" A sleepy Sophia answered it.

"Its only 11 pm & you are in bed?"

"I'm a early bird now also with Lisa not being here there is hardly anything to do"

"Can I come over I could really do with some company?" I sat there as the line went silent.

"I guess thought you would be ringing Lisa?"

"I shall explain when I get to your place about that"

"Oh Ok see you in about 30 minutes then?" Sophia said before she ended the call.

I was expecting her to know that I had broken up with Lisa then again she may of not even told her as she knew she would kick my ass if she knew. I grabbed a quick shower & a change of clothes before I took the short Drive to Sophia's the streets was quiet which meant I could get there quicker it was a bit chilly but that much that you needed a jacket or a coat I quickly got to there place parking my car in there drive, then just sitting there for a few minutes before getting out of my car checking myself over before I locked it up.

I walked up the short path I must admit at this point I had butterflies in my stomach how would she take the break up I mean she has been wanting to get back with me for a while, but I could never do that we have been together many times before and it never worked out, I stood at the front door pressing the bell once hearing it ringing through the house a few minutes later Sophia answered the door looking tired she stepped to one side as I walked in.

"Coffee?" She asked as she shut & Locked the front door.

"No I'm fine thank you" she nodded then went into the front room turning the light on then sitting on the sofa tidying a few things up which lay on the table.

"So what is up you calling me at this hour & wanting to come here?" I sat on the chair opposite to the sofa just looking at her I took a deep breathe......here we go Nick just be nice about it.

"Have you spoken to Lisa at all?" I waited for her to answer she just looked down like she was thinking.

"She rang me a few days ago she is staying there longer why?"

"So she has not mentioned anything about me then?"

"No not at all why should she of?"

"No not really we broke up so I can understand why she has not spoken about me"

"No she has said nothing I am sorry to hear you broke up you always made her happy you know that right ?"

"I guess but she has changed you know" I stopped the conversation there that is all she needed to know I did not want to blame anyone for the break up.

"She is busy with work she is not how she used to be she is growing into a mature woman"

 I just sat there not saying a word I had no idea what to say I can guess why she changed because of him but how would I know, I guess I never would I got up.
