The Big Lifechanger

Well what can I say at this moment in time I am just packing up the rest of my items to send to Vegas as of course, I took the job I need a fresh start & of course I had not told Zak, Nick knew he had tried to stop me as he still thought we would get together as a couple but I have gotten over the whole I want Nick thing now.

I seal up the last box step back place both my hands onto my hips & breathe a sigh of relief, it was going to be hard to do it all by myself when I get to Vegas & I will have a fairly big house to it will take me at least a week to get it all finished as I seem to start work not long after I get there, I must admit I was nervous why would you not be I was going to be living somewhere which I hardly knew.

"Do you need any help?" Nicks' voice came asking from behind me.

"How did you get in?"I cross my arms looking to the floor.

"Key remember" he wrapped his arms around me & placing his chin on my shoulder. 

I moved away stacking boxes completely ignoring him "If you want it this way here" he places his set of keys onto one of the boxes & I hear the front door open & slam shut.

He did not want me to go as he thought there was only reason I was going & that was Zak, I took a sigh of relief before heading upstairs to make sure all the stuff was packed as I begin to bring it downstairs all into one space which would make it easy when it all got transported to Vegas. It was only a few hours until the removal people came to take it where it needed to go to be shipped to Vegas well the stuff I wanted anyway.

I heard my phone ringing in my jean pocket I got it out quickly seeing Zak's name flash on & off on my screen.

"Hello?"

"Hey its been a long time how are doing?"

"I'm doing great I'm moving today I could not be happier" 

"Where are you moving to if you don't mind me asking as someone swept you off your feet?"

"How do I say this I'm moving to Vegas I took the job" his line went silent.

"Zak? Zak? are you still there?"

"Yes sorry that's a shock I mean it's a big step, you will have to tell me when you get here & where you live"

I went quiet to that the last thing I wanted was him to pester me as soon as I got there. 

"Let me settle in first then you can come & see around my house"

"Deal!!! anyway, I have to go I am glad your OK" he ended the call I held my phone to my chest smiling, ugh here we go again this is going to be hard.

*A FEW HOURS LATER*

The removal men have just been & I have nothing now of which I need it's a good job that, I shall be flying to Vegas in a few hours. It was going to be really strange & scary moving out of Boston where I had grown up & now going to live in a place such as Vegas.

I grab my cases then head to my car where I find Nick leaning against his car looking down, I continue to walk to my car putting my cases into the trunk then walking over to Nick with my keys in my hand.

"You know I won't be coming back, You may not see me ever again"

"I I know that why does it hurt so much to see you go?" he asks looking up to me with his brown eyes.

"Because all though you don't want to admit it you love me & you hope that one day we shall be together" I pass him my house keys then get into my car with nothing else to say then I drive off as I look out the rear view mirror seeing him just standing there tears filled my eyes as I drove to the airport.

I could not now wait to be out of Boston all the memories I had here which of course I would take with me but I would them back to the back of my mind. I pull into the airport parking lot then getting out of the car when I car pulled up beside me I took no notice as I got my cases out of my trunk.

"I guess you want someone to sort your car out to get there huh?" I turned to Sophia. I had not seen her in a few months we decided to stay away from each other for a while.

"I guess.....are you willing to sort it out for me?" I look at her with anticipation. 

"Yes I am your sister after all" the drivers side door opened in the car & a upset Nick stepped out Sophia just looked at him.

"I shall leave you two alone for a moment" she walks off & leaves us two alone I sigh & roll my eyes.

"What do you think this will achieve, do you want me to say I love you, Nick......because you know what I won't because I don't" I take hold of my cases leave the car keys in Nicks' hand yet again & make my way to the airport not looking back, I really hated this I just wanted to get in the departure lounge where I could not longer speak to them anymore well for now.

I checked in then headed to the departure lounge by the time I had got there they were calling my flight with all the commotion, It took me not long to have to wait & by the time I got there they were getting through the cue for us to board the flight, I wanted it to be faster now I wanted to be on that plane in the sky knowing I was safe.

Before I turned my phone off for the flight I got a text.

"See you at the airport" -Zak
