I will reply with a little something. Oh yeah, did I mention it's my eleventh time trying to make a book about wolves? ;-; I got to chapter 20 on my last book, but never published it, because it got quite boring. And this is my first published book! Anyway, thanks for reading! ^_^

Shadow *Preview*

I heard strong, thundering paws against the dirt, littered with twigs. Paws? I thought to myself, then looked down, and stopped in my tracks. I had paws, beautiful, silvery paws... After that, I saw a bright flash of light, then sudden darkness after a harsh tackle to the ground...

End of preview.

Shadow's POV *Beginning*

I heard paws blundering through, coming after me. I held tight to my little sister, Flash, as I ran through the wooded landscape. I turned around for only a glimpse, but I still saw them. "Oh God..." They were three huge wolves. One, in the lead, was white, like and Arctic wolf. There aren't Arctic wolves here... Another was blondish, but I could tell it was a guy, from its deep growls. The last one was russet-furred. I turned back around to see if the house was visible yet... "There's the clearing, almost there!" I yelled, whooping. (let your imagination run free with where this girl lives, there isn't an exact area she is living that I chose for you guys so you could let loose with thoughts, but make it tropical or something please, no snow.)

I turned onto a dirt trail. "We're almost home, honey..." I murmured, hoping I was right. I didn't know how far we had gone down the dirt road that day to pick berries. Then, I noticed a dog limping up ahead. But as I got closer, I saw that it was way bigger than I had imagined, at least as big as a Pro Basketball Athlete! I went towards it, realizing the wolf chasers were far enough behind to where I could help this poor creature, which was entangled in a bush, trying to get away, blood pouring from claw and bite wounds. Untangling it, I lifted it up, because I, being stronger than I looked, could lift up 200 pounds. Suddenly, it disappeared, turning into a bright dot of light, about the size of a marble. It entered my chest. I'm glad my sister was sleeping, otherwise she would've freaked. I kept running, made it to the dirt driveway of my house.
