As the two headed back to the master bedroom, Austin's head slowly turned towards Stella. "so what time should our alarm be set for the morning?" He asks, a groan escaping Stella's mouth. "Does four sound good?" She asks, after moments of hesitation. Austin nods his head in agreement, as they both gain on the door. As Stella slides the door open, she can't help but think about all the "crazy shit." That had happened in one night. She was shocked, to say the least. From two strangers to people who had an obvious attraction to one another.

Stella groaned as she sat down on the side of the bed, Austin doing the same. It had been a long night, and both of them were ready to go to sleep. Stella reached over to her nightstand, grabbing her journal. While Stella took mental notes and then jotted them down on paper, Austin lay down, staring at her. the way her hair framed her face beautifully, and the way her soft arms crossed as she thought of what to write down. he had never met anyone like her. she was different. he had to admit, this was the best night he's had in a long time. "take the dog to the vet, grab some food, go to the beach" Stella had recited to herself, forgetting Austin was there beside her. "What's that for?" He asked, making her flinch slightly. "oh- uh just some things I need to get completed tomorrow." She answers. Austin nods at her statement. click. the light turns off, leaving a black shadow outlining everything in the room.

as Stella lays down, she notices Austin's body is turned toward hers. she felt his hot breath on her nose, indicating that they were only inches apart. Austin raises his hand to her face, and places it down gently on top of it, cupping her cheeks perfectly. he felt her smile. "Goodnight Austin." she let out, an almost whisper. "Goodnight Stella." He said, at the same volume. he then puts a lock of Stella's hair behind her ear. a true romantic. she grabs his hand, and lowers it to her side, gripping onto it.

Austins pov
Waking up to the smell of freshly cooked bacon in the air was something id never thought id smell again. Having food made for you just feels different than if you made it for yourself. I slowly get myself out of bed. shit. what happened to the alarm? I quickly run out of the master and into the kitchen to see an un-rushed Stella. "Did the alarm ever go off?" I asked, out of breath. she smiles calmly at me. "Work was canceled today." She says, answering my question. a wave of relief fills my body, relaxing my muscles. "do you want tea? You seem tense." She says, walking over to me. I nod, sitting on a chair on the island.

as she carries my tea over, I admire her beauty. the world slowed, and as I stared up at her. she stares back at me. I shoot her a smile, and she mirrors me. "So I have bacon, and bagels ready." She lets out, turning her body away from me, and heading back to the stove. "Oh! And I have cream cheese if that's your sort of thing." I nod. "That's perfect," I said it before, but I wouldn't mind saying it again. I had never met anyone like her. I feel a wet, tingly sensation on the tip of my heel. I look down to see what it is, and my eyes are met with forte. I lean on my side and pull hEr into my arms. her body warmth heats me instantly. I hold her up to my face, kissing her. "she's sweet isn't she?" Stella asks, a smile ripping through her resting face.

*play the song, it might not line up but just do it for aesthetic

I forgot music was playing until love me by Elvis started to play. "Food is ready if you're hungry right now," Stella says, wiping her hands on a towel. I get up, slowly walking toward her. She's turned around to wash her hands. I unexpectedly snake my arms around her waist, swaying her to the slow music. I hear a laugh escape her lips, making me smile. I turn her around. she wraps her soaking wet hands around my neck, looking up at me. her smile is making my heart weak. our eye contact is burning into my weak spot. I hum to the song, as does Stella. she rests her head on my chest. it was a magical moment.

well, if you ever go

I pull her closer to me, our bodies touching, forcing her head up.

darling, ill be oh, so lonely

She moves her hands to be clasping around my neck, rubbing her thumbs on the sides of my neck.

ill be so sad and blue

my hands trailed up and down her waist, caressing her sides.

crying over you, dear only

Stella's pov
his hands slid up and down my waist, ticking me slightly. as my thumbs swirled around his neck, I move my hands to his jawline, cupping his face. his blue eyes burned a hole through me, forcing my guard down. our constant staring was making me question all things about myself. I'm a take-it-slow kinda gal, but with Austin, I wanted to take him right now in this kitchen. respectfully, of course. He was almost like an angel. angels are scary, scratch that. is as if a greek god ever lived in our time. He was what I wanted.

after the song ended, we still stood in the middle of the kitchen, swaying. I felt like an old married couple. this is what I wanted. I wanted an Austin. who wouldn't? "Can we stay like this forever?" I whisper to him, resting my head back on his chest. I felt him put his head on top of mine. "I wish we could, darling." I hear him let out. That was my only wish as of now. to stay with him like this forever. because with Austin I felt my troubles melt away. which is a massive observation for someone I've known for 24 hours. he was my destiny.

Short and sweet. this chapter got me giggling and kicking my feet in the air. I cried making it, no joke. they are so cute. give me a ship name for them. Also, I'm aware it's 30 mins late, which I apologize for. none of this was pre-written the night before, which is what I normally do to prep, and get an idea of what I want the chapter to be about. so ill start pre-writing the next chapter at around 4 am. love ya mamas, Robyn.
