"I agree," says the Guardian grandly. "I'll call the hounds."

"Woah." I stare at the aged man, unsettled.

"With all due respect, sir, I'd like to try something a little more.. creative." He smirks

Bria and Gavin toss a Galdorstone to one another in between giggles. Angmar sprints up and snatches it mid-toss, yelling "Intercepted!" excitedly. They laugh to themselves, and I scoff. How can they be so nonchalant when taking power that isn't theirs?

I turn my attention to gus, fondly watching as Gus traces a spell circle, creating the illusion of a butterfly to hopefully divert the attention of Angmar. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm getting soft for the witch. (In a.. friendly way. Nothing more.)

Luckily for us, the illusion works. I watch Bria growl as the catlike boy chases after the elegant insect. He yells something about species as he runs out of the graveyard.

Bria, right in character, scoffs. "Whatever. I never really liked him anyway. Gavin, looks like you're my second in co- Gavin?" She turns to find yet another member of her team being led away from the area by my Gus's illusions.

MY?
What is HAPPENING.

(A/N: please don't be weird about the "my" thing. it's meant to be a cute thing and they are MINORS. don't twist it)
