The past couple of days had been... rough to say the least. The couple had been a bit... distant lately, and normally it didn't really bother (Y/n), until now. She understood that Leo was busy saving the city and all that good stuff, but she wanted to spend at least a few minutes with her boyfriend. Was that a crime? Whenever she saw him stressed or frustrated she wanted to help him relax, but he didn't even want her near him.

That was when she started to get very antsy and anxious. (Y/n) didn't know what caused this new behaviour from her beloved terrapin, but it started getting to her worse than she thought he meant it. Sure, maybe she could just be over analysing things and he wasn't doing it on purpose, just too distracted by being the leader she loved dearly.

"Leo?" He looked up at her from cleaning his katana but didn't stop. "Can we talk?"

"I'm listening," he said and looked at his sword before he started to sharpen it.

Was that attitude or am I just sleep deprived? She thought to herself but then shook it off.

"I would like your undivided attention," she said, he stopped and looked at her. "You can finish with your katanas after. Please, this is important."

"What's so important?" he asked as he placed the katanas on his bed and turned to her fully.

Undivided attention... maybe I really was overthinking things.

"Did I do something to upset you?"

"What are you talking about?" He looked at her in confusion.

So far so good.

"You've been ignoring me for the past few weeks and I want to know why," she demanded, though very unsure of herself by her body language.

"You're delusional, (Y/n)," he huffed as he got up and placed his weapons back where they should be.

Okay, that was definitely attitude. She narrowed her eyes slightly but shook it off.

"Am I?" she questioned.

"Yes,"

"You've been distant, everyone can account for that,"

And I doubt everyone was delusional about that.

"I've been busy," he waved it off.

"And I get that..." she started, "but I worry about you"

"You don't have to be worried," he said and looked down at the shorter girl.

"Well I do anyway," she stated. "One, because I'm your girlfriend, and, two because I naturally worry about people that often do the things you and the others do."

"Okay," he said indifferently.

"What is with the attitude lately?" she folded her arms.

"I don't know what you're talking about," he turned away from her.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about, Leonardo," he stopped and looked at her.

Did she just first name me? He eyed her slightly and narrowed his eyes. She had the audacity to be mad at him?

"Are you mad at me because of what happened?"

"Of course I'm mad! What do you expect me to be?!"

"Okay, first off, you better check that tone because I am not your brothers with you," she stated and folded her arms, narrowed eyes directed at him.
