Disclaimer since this is fiction I came up with a funny momment where Stiles's kids visit him at work. What will ensue you have to read to find out. Ofc this wouldn't actually happen in a real FBI office except for the fact sometimes when they save kids the kids parents can't make it right away so they have a kid room however this is fiction also I only know about the FBI based on the CBS shows FBI, FBI Most Wanted, and FBI International created by Dick Wolf if I'm wrong about anything let me know if you have insider information if you can of course. Now once again this is fiction and might not be that well written cause I have Covid and if I start coughing and hacking up a lung ever five minutes you don't get to be that productive but getting to stay at home is nice.
3rd Persons Pov this takes place right after the previous chapter and Stiles gets to go back into to work he hasn't been cleared just yet for the field but he can work on the computers. Some background information is that Mr. Valentine couldn't find a babysitter so he decided to have a bring your child to work day since it was just doing paperwork for a previous case. The girls and Thomas got cleared from school to do this aswell.
At the FBI office
Everyone was greeting Stiles happy he was back and the kids. Alot of the people who worked there didn't actually have kids but still some did.
The kids got to meet Anthony's sons who were in second and fourth grade and started talking with them. Then they meet Mr. Valentines kid who was in thrid grade and talked with him. It was just a calm day in the office at first finishing up paperwork from a previous case when the FBI got called to a case.
"God Dammit we weren't suppose to have a case today. My wife is going to be upset with me and the kids can't say anything about this." Mr. Valentine stresses out(I once again know this would never happen in real life but it's for the plot.)
"The kids will just stay in the playroom while we do this and I can wacth them while you all handle the case. I'm not cleared for field work only paperwork as of now so." Stiles says
"Are you sure?" Mr. Valentine asked
"Postive I deal with more kids then five on the daily at my house. Most younger then this" Stiles says
Mr. Valentine thanks him and they head off to the case. Which just so happens to be a triple homicide.
"So what will we do while you help solve the case?" Talia asked
"Just stay and here and watch over the younger ones because what was called in is gruesome." Stiles says
"But that's boring." Talia says
"I don't care you guys aren't even suppose to be here in the first place." Stiles states
Talia just rolls her eyes and sighs
Once everyone is back and trying to find security footage of the suspected perp they found two guys in the database that looked like them and as Valantine is going over the history of each one Talia snecks in and listens to try and help solve this case. They choose the perp who has been arrested before for aggravated assault however she thinks it's the other guy he fits the momative the most having gone to jail for murder before and has countless robberies under his belt the homicide was a robbery gone wrong. However he also fit the physical build better his shoulders were square just like the giy on the video where the other one was more rounder built. He also had blonde hair instead of the brown. So she decided to state her opinion.
"I think it's the other guy. His past fits better then that guy." Talia states
"You are suppose to be in the kids room get back there child." Stiles states
"I really think you have the wrong guy. But I will go back to the kids room." Talia rebutes walking to the kid room again.
After a couple hours it turned out they had the wrong guy and the guy that Talia thought was the perp was right. Mr. Valentine was curious about why Talia thought he was the right one so he calls her in there to ask. Stiles was also curious.
"Why did you think it was the other guy?" Mr. Valentine asked
"Becauss the builds were off. You see the guy you thought it was his shoulder were rounder instead of square like the footage you had pulled up. Also the guy you thought it was just got out of jail most people don't want to go back especially after you said he wasn't safe in jail so. The motives also didn't match either." Talia says shrugging nonchalantly
"Have you thought of being an FBI agent?" Mr. Valentine questioned
"Nope I'm good." Talia states
"You have a brilliant kid Stiles." Mr. Valentine says looking at Stiles
"I know they all are brilliant in their own ways." Stiles says
The end once again completly fiction and this would never happen in real life I just liked the idea that a 13 year old could prove the FBI wrong she is Stiles's child after all. I am doing better from Covid yay. Hope you have a good day/night/afternoon
