Toby came to with his name being yelled in a panicked voice.
"Come on, wake up Toby! If you die I swear I'll never forgive you, you dickhead! Come on please..."
Tommy? He quickly pushed himself up to a sitting position, looking around. He was in a cell with stone brick walls and a smooth stone floor. He was by a metal door with a little window that could slide open or closed.
"Toby!"
He whirled around to see Tommy tied to a chair, beat up quite a bit, a cut under his eyes that seemed to be several hours old. His brothers looked like he was trying to hold back tears, though Tommy knew better to point that out.
"You scared me you asshole" Tommy glared, but there was no real malice behind his words, or his expression.
"Sorry..." He started to stand up, pausing when he noticed some blood on the ground where he'd been laying. Had he hit his head when he passed out? He shook his head, which surprisingly didn't hurt. It was a little sore on the sides for some reason, but nothing close to his headaches...It was kind of a relief.
He quickly made his way to his brother, working to get the knots undone and free him from the chair, "Tommy I'm so sorry...it's my fault you're here, I- I'm Tubbo, I borrowed your bandana, and I'm so so sorry for getting you dragged into this-"
"I figured that out already, and you don't need to be sorry. You're not the one who kidnapped me, or tied me up, or hurt me..." Tommy said, shrugging. He rubbed his wrists as they were untied, "That was that bastard Schlatt..."
He shot a glare at the door, "And others, apparently..."
"You figured it out? How? When?"
"I'm a brilliant individual, that's how-"
After Toby raised an eyebrow at him he chuckled,
"Alright, it was deductive reasoning... After they said they'd gotten my bandana off of Tubbo, I realized it had to be you, or someone in our family..."
"And you're...ok with that?"
"Why wouldn't I be? I'm related to two badass heros, I'm more than ok with that-"
"And you're not...freaked out by it?"
"Oh I am, but the shock of being kidnapped and shit seems to have outweighed that. I'm over it. I think it's awesome, I just wish you had told me about your powers earlier..." he paused, then said, "But I know why you didn't...our earlier conversations about Tubbo make a lot more sense now."
Once his legs and torso were free, he stood up, stretching and wincing a bit. Toby wondered if there were other wounds other than the visible ones on his arms and face. There probably were, and he wanted to knock the villain's teeth in.
"You should have those injuries looked at Tommy, especially the cuts..." he said, worriedly running a hand through his hair.
Tommy waved a dismissive hand, "I'm fine. No one here would bother to help me anyways..."
"Tommy-"
"I said I'm-" his brother turned towards him, but trailed off as he really looked at the sides of Toby's head, pausing, "What the hell are those?"
"What?"
"There's something poking out from your hair, on the sides of your head-" Tommy frowned, getting closer, "also blood, but it's not a lot, and mostly dried from the looks of it..."
Toby quickly raised his hands to the sides of his head. He definitely felt dried blood, but also...were those horns?
"What the fuck-" he muttered, eyes wide, "When did I grow horns?"
