All has been going well in the Rajvansh family, except for the fact that it is Meera and Advitya's anniversary tomorrow and all the family has thought to do had gone into waste. Advitya and Meera didn't want to go on a trip and the party wouldn't be a surprise, so they didn't plan that either.

That however, does not mean that the family won't celebrate their wedding anniversary. So they settled on a pooja. Which was Ayaan's idea. Ruhanika has dragged all the ladies in the house with her to get mehendi applied on their hands. She loves it and can get it on any occasion, so to keep her happy everyone went with it.

Meera got a little late as she had to be somewhere else before, but she reached and Ruhanika forced her to sit and get it done on her hands as well.

The men on the other hand were not having that much fun. Everyone, except for Advitya was running around to get the decorations right and flowers delivered. The food was Raj's responsibility and he was going mad because the cateror wasn't picking up his call. Advitya was sitting on the couch with his laptop, sipping coffee while everyone around him was running like a headless chicken. It was quite amusing for him.

Ayaan dropped on the seat next to Advitya and sighed. "I can't feel my legs anymore. You see how much I am doing for your anniversary?" Advitya raised an eyebrow. "Where are you going with this?"

"Nowhere. Just letting you know. Yaad rakhna. Kitni mehnat ki thi bhai ne."

(Just remember. How much your brother worked.)

"He just wants you to do something for him when he needs it." Aryan quipped and went away. Advitya gave Ayaan a side eye.

"Don't look at me like that. I am doing this for my sister." Being a single child, Meera always felt lonely. And not having a sister bothered Ayaan too much. Aryan is nice but he annoys him. So Meera started tying rakhi on Ayaan's wrist every year. He is the brother she never had and she is the sister he always wanted. Ayaan loves Meera but his poor sister has went through too much. It's time that she starts living an extremely happy life.

"This looks ridiculously heavy. It's a pooja Swadheenta, why do I have to wear this?" Swadheenta rolled her eyes at Meera's question.

"We are Rajvanshs bhabhi. Nobody will believe it if we don't dress up. Besides look at mine and Ruhanika's lehengas. They are heavily embroidered too. I have designed your lehenga myself. Just wear it na."

She has a point. Rajvanshs love dressing up.

Meera took the lehenga and went to change. She came out ten minutes later, after having a full on match with the strings of her blouse that were too difficult to tie. Swadheenta and Ruhanika gushed over her look and did her hairstyle. They all wore their jewelry and and went down. The pooja was arranged outside as it was not so hot in Delhi anymore. The late October breeze flew by but before Meera could step out and see the decorations that she wasn't allowed to before, someone held her arm.

She turned around to see Ayaan smiling at her and Ruhanika and Swadheenta were nowhere. "They went outside." Ayaan answered her silent question and took her near the gate that led to the giant lawn their property has. He turned towards her and smiled.

"Meeru. I am proud of you. From the ten year old girl who used to run around this house behind me to THE MEERA KASHYAP RAJVANSH, the businesswoman, you've come a long way. You've worked your way up and I am grateful to have a sister like you. But you've been through alot as well Meeru and I can't change that, but I will make sure along with your husband, that the rest of your life is as beautiful as those you read about. I love you Meeru, and as your brother, here is my anniversary gift for you." He opened the door and led her outside. "Your fairytale."
