A/N I hope you Enjoy!

Nancy sat playing with her pudding cup. She noticed her friends giggling and flirting with random boys. She wasn't like them. She felt different. She only joined because she felt like she needed a distraction and now she was stuck in the endless cycle of mental torture. She was stupid. She was intelligent. She continued with her thoughts until she was jumped. "JESUS CHRIST!" Nancy clutched her chest. Steve Harrington hugged her and sat next to her. "Sorry Nance". He laughed with Tommy H. "That was funny though". The boys laughed. The rest of the table of small minded girls swooned over his hair.

"Was it Steve?" Nancy sarcastically replied. He paused trying to read her emotions. "Listen I can't tell if your mad?" She rolled her eyes and suddenly her ears pricked up. "OR A GAME WHERE YOU TOSS BALLS INTO LAUNDRY BASKETS". Steve scrunched his face. "Ugh. The freaks are out of the cage again. HEY FREAK! WHY DONT YOU JUST GO BACK TO THE ASYLUM YOU ESCAPED FROM". Steve shouted. Everyone laughed. Except Nancy. Her friends all watched at Eddie 'The Freak' Munson ranted. His table cheered and laughed. She noticed something.

Sat in ripped jeans and the Hellfire shirt. Worn out converse with a couple of rings. There was a girl. About her age. Ruffled dirty blonde curls with blue electric eyes. She walked past the table and kept looking. She had a contagious smile. "Nance? Nancy!" Steve patted her shoulder as they walked. "You good?" He smiled. She nodded. "I'm fine."

"How much you taken this time Ed?" Robin laughed. "Enough". He laughed. The pair sat with their legs on the table. "Did you see their faces? All of them staring at us like we are corpses". Eddie threw food back into his plate. "We are. But who cares? It's our life. We don't need to follow the social norms of high school where Steve Harrington rules. Give it a year or two and he's gonna have a mediocre job like scooping ice cream or something". Robin smirked. The pair got up and walked to the next class.

"You ready for the cult of Vecna?" Eddie made his devil face. "Of course. Can't believe you introduced this to me through us playing instruments". They high fived and walked to their respected classes. Robin walked in and sat at the back. She looked up and saw Nancy Wheeler staring at her. The Priss. Robin scowled. Nancy smiled weakly at the girl who had lost all interest. "Miss Buckley. Glad to see we have your attention". The teacher turned back from the chalkboard. "So because I wasn't looking at you meant I wasn't listening? Whatever happened to multi tasking?"  Robin smirked. There were whispered and laughs. "Don't talk back. I want your eyes up here. Understood?" Robin sat arms folded. She stayed silent. Her smirk became bigger as the rage on her teachers face grew. "Miss Buckley! I have asked you a question!" She nodded. "Oh so suddenly you want me to continue this conversation? Your more indecisive than I thought. I mean it must be hard to choose wether to stay with a wife that doesn't love you or not". Everyone gasped and laughed. "That's it! Detention! Now!" Robin smirked and grabbed her backpack. She grabbed the slip and bowed on her way out. Everyone became silent again. Except Nancy. She chuckled under her breathe. "Something you would like to share with the class Miss Wheeler?"

Nancy stood up. "Yeah. Uh you deserved that. You misogynistic hypocrite. My last name is no one else is concern so why use it like a weapon. Oo look Harrington is walking towards me. Not really scary". Everyone laughed. "Detention for you too". He gave her a slip and she smiled taking it out of his hand. Steve grabbed her hand. "What are you thinking?" Steve looked concerned. "Oh so because I finally said something you think I've gone crazy?" Steve panicked nodding. "No just she's one of the freaks. The ones that hail Satan. We don't need to defend them". Tommy H piped in. "We didn't defend them. I did". She walked off and made her way to detention.

She walked in to the occasional occupied desk. She noticed the girl in the corner. They made eye contact and Robin laughed. "Nancy Wheeler got detention?" She laughed. Everyone suddenly stared at her. Nancy sat a couple desks away from Robin. She began writing. She looked over and saw Robin drawing. It was a hideous monster. Still very detailed and gruesome. Robin noticed and gave her a cold stare. Robin noticed wha Nancy was writing. "Didn't know you wrote?" Robin smirked. "It's just a few things". Robin rolled her eyes and began drawing again. Nancy looked at her shirt and it reminded her of what Steve said. "Let me guess Steve the Hair Harrington told you I am a supporter of Satan. Ha. Don't be afraid. Not until each of the students here fall into a fiery pit of doom". Nancy shivered. "Quiet at the back". The teacher shouted. Robin stuck her middle finger up.

Nancy looked afraid. She wasn't. It was more curious. She had these walls that surrounded her. Yet when she doing the things she loved she was proud and happy. Then Nancy remembered. A couple of days ago. During a pep rally Nancy noticed the band. That's why the girls face was so familiar. The bell went and the kids were sent to lunch but told to return. Robin scoffed. Nancy chased after the girl. "What do you want Wheeler?" Robin laughed. "I don't know. Just." Nancy paused. "You don't even know me. Go on. What's my name?" Robin laughed. "Your in band aren't you?" Nancy avoided the question. "Yeah but what's my name?" Robin smirked. She had trapped Nancy. Nancy thought to when the teacher shouted her last name. She went over all the times the register was called. B. She would be first. Robin. That was it. Robin Buckley. "Robin Buckley". Nancy smiled. Robins jaw dropped.

"Not just a pretty face". Nancy laughed. "Yeah but you wave Pom poms around. A-and cheer for a stupid basketball game. You are literally dating Steve Harrington. Still think your just that". Robin walked off again. "What if I didn't want to date Steve?" Nancy panicked. "That's your opinion. Why wouldn't you though. He fits perfectly into the perfectly splendid view of the world". Nancy looked at her. "I don't like him!" Nancy screamed. Robin stopped and smirked. "So why you with him?" Nancy looked around. "Because otherwise. Uh. The last time we broke up Tommy H beat up my brother and he hit me. Made a mockery of me. So I kind of have to stick by him. Even though I hate him". Robin stood silently. She looked over Nancys shoulder. "There's a DND thing tonight. I recommend not going home. Your brothers there. He can let you in". Robin walked off. Nancy turned around. Steve stood there angry. "You don't like me?" Nancy shook her head. "The Freak told you to do this didn't she?" Nancy shook her head. Nancy had had enough. "Steve! Get over it! I don't want to be with you. Never have never will. So go ahead send your friends to ruin my life. I don't even care anymore". Nancy walked away. Wait. Robin said to hide in DND. She must know how violent they get. How did she know? That girl was a mystery.
