//Ari

Ari woke up to the sound of birds chirping, ah yes, she could definitely get used to that.

She stood up from bed and went strait to the shower. Once she was done she got out and got changed into the clothes she'd brought in the day before. She then put her hair up in a bun with two plaits running along the sides, her personal favourite style. She smiled at her reflection, he blue eyes brightened from the day before and dark bags under them cleared away by a good nights sleep. She then walked out of the bathroom, grabbing her converse and chucking them on, she picked up her old bag and chucked it over her shoulder grabbing the rooms keys and hurrying down the stairs.

She glanced at the man sitting behind the desk who was reading some politics book, flipping through the pages looking very bored. She put the keys on the front desk and thanked the man, he grunted, not taking his attention off the book and blindly reached for the keys to the room. She'd get them back when she came back, but it probably wasn't safe for her too keep them on her, she'll probably forget them somewhere.

Ari continued on her way, walking out of the motel and down the bustling streets of London, not having a worried about being caught by the cops of anything, she practically looked like a different person. She walked along the streets until a certain French coffee and breakfast shop caught her eye, she smiled at the nice design and walked in.

As soon as the door closed the smell of fresh muffins and bacon and eggs hit her nose, her smile grew and she walked up to the counter.

The waiter at the counter looked up from writing something on her notepad and gave Ari a smile back.

"Welcome to Frenchi-Mog's cafe, what would you like to get today" Ari gave the black haired girl with bright green eyes a quick look over, then let her eager eyes drift toward the many different deserts and pastries, she made her decision and told the waiter who typed everything up on her computer. The waiter then put her ham and cheese croissant and caramel slice in two paper bags. Ari paid and went on her way.

She almost laughed with joy when she reached a quiet park with a fountain in the middle, she went and sat on one of the old swings, ignoring the judgemental stares she got from parents of young kids as they tried to keep their children walking instead of playing at the park.

She sighed with content and bit into her caramel slice, no one was to tell her to eat her meal before desert, so she wouldn't. The brunette slowly rocked the swing back and forth, thinking about everything she wanted to do now she was free.

Ari knew she had to go find where her friends were and then she would have to find a bus route there, but before that she was planning on living a bit, she thought through everything she wanted to do and decided on going to the arcade later tonight, but first.... Some research.

///////

Ari smiled, she had found where her friends were living and bus routes to get there on the computers in the local library, it was about 9 at night before she got back out on the streets and headed towards the arcade, it was on the more sketchy side of town but that didn't bother the brunette. She happily walked down the battered paths of back London.

That was, until she heard a group of people shouting, being the hero she is she hurried her steps to an alleyway that seemed to be where the source of shouting was coming from.

She peered around the corner and spotted 4 men, one was holding another up on a wall and the other two were standing behind him, seemingly minding their own business, that was until one of them turned and made eye contact with her, well shit.

Next thing she knew she was turning a 180 and beelining back the other way, she could vaguely remember the way back to the motel but she wasn't quite sure. She knew for sure she didn't escape the whack shack to get beaten up and killed by people who should be in it.

The brunette decided to just keep going strait till things started looking familiar, however that plan was stomped on when she noticed footsteps not to far behind her. She started ducking through alleyways and taking different paths trying to lose her purser.

This probably wasn't one of her best moments, she probably should've hidden somewhere and looked at her map, because now she was staring at a brick wall and she could hear her trackers footsteps slow and then stop a few meters behind her, crap.

The brunette slowly turned around and was met with a tall man, he had almost but not quite black hair and bright green emerald eyes, if Ari didn't say so herself, he was not too bad looking, She sent him her biggest most convincing 'I'm innocent' smile.

"Good evening kind sir, what brings you out to the back ally's of London" she grinned at him, he scoffed and rolled his eyes "Cut the act, what gang are you with" the tall dark brunette spoke taking a step closer towards her. "Woahhh there buddy" she said putting her hands out in front of her and stepping back, seems she had stumbled upon some kind of gang war.

"I was just passing by and heard a fuss, I'm not with any gang haha" Ari said, glancing at the wall behind her, if need be she could probably scale it, it wasn't too high...

"I won't repeat myself so cut the shit, are you with the old guy" he said, glaring at her. Dammit this wasn't going to plan, this guy wasn't going to listen too her. "Look pal, I'd really like to keep this friendly conversation going but I'm in a spot of trouble myself, i swear i don't know what your talking about so can you just let me go, I'm not gonna tell anyone about whatever you think i know."

He frowned and took another step towards her, ok this was not going to work out, time for plan B.

Ari quickly spun around and sprinted towards the wall, she could hear angry guy behind her shouting at someone but she wasn't sure who, she easily scaled the wall and pulled herself up over it slipping down the other side, she still had it in her.

Her happiness was short lived though because when she turned around she was met with two more tall men, one was staring wide eyed at the wall behind her he had scruffy blond hair and bright blue eyes, a shade lighter than her own and the other, the other looked pissed, he had light brown hair and brown eyes, but they didn't quite suit him, his eye brows were knotted and he was glaring strait at her, jeez who pooped on his pancakes.

He stepped towards her and she stepped back, she was lost in his brown eyes, trying to figure out why they looked so out of place, she didn't even notice when the other shocked guy had broken out of his trance and had walked up to her until she felt a cloth around her mouth.

She struggled backwards but found he was holding her arms back, no, no no no this is not how it was meant to be, she was so close to escaping the country with her friends, so close to freedom.

I guess the saying curiously killed the cat is really true. She finally gave up, breathing in the heavy drug as it forced its way into her lungs, everything went blurry and all she could do was focus on those odd brown eyes, till the darkness took her.
