//Ari

The brunette was woken when the loud metal doors crashed open, revealing the lighter brunette who had a knife in his hand, he wasted no time in walking over to her, Ari holding her breath as he got closer to her, still holding the knife loosely by his side. The light brunette then calmly reached behind her and grabbed her wrists.

He used his knife to cut the rope bounding her and pulled her too her feet, a short sigh of relief passing from Aris lips. He grabbed her arm, dragging her towards the door "Wait! Where are we going" he didn't pause to answer her, "upstairs, where else would we be going?" He said in a 'it's obvious' kind of voice, continuing up the stairs with her stumbling and tripping behind him.

The taller finally came to a halt when they walked out into a kind of laundry, he turned and closed the wooden door that leads to the stairs behind him, then continued dragging Ari through the laundry, into a hallway then out into the lounge room, he let go of her arm and kept walking into some kind of kitchen, Ari on the other hand, stopped dead in her tracks.

She looked around the room she was in, the lounge looked really comfy, it was in an L shape and had a wall behind it, it faced a big flat-screen TV that was perched on a white wall, underneath the TV was an old oak long cabinet that had bored games, video games and movies stacked atop it and scattered throughout the shelves

She appreciated the homely room but turned her attention back to the light brunette who was cooking something in the kitchen when she heard a bang of him putting a frypan on the stove, he was focused on whatever he was doing but his strange dark eyes found their way to hers when he sensed her watching, he patted one of the chairs behind the kitchen bench, gesturing for her to sit there.

Thinking it over quickly and deciding that if he wanted to kill her, he would have tried to long ago, Ari walked over to the bar stool, plopping down on it and continuing to watch as the man made what looked to be bacon and eggs with French toast.

It smelt amazing, but it tasted even better, after he had made breakfast/lunch/dinner he slid the plate towards her than handed her a fork and knife, taking a seat next to her with his own meal. She could so easily injure him right now with her utensils, but he and her both knew she wouldn't, she was sick of running and he wasn't a threat at the moment.

"Soooo..." he said after a long silence with nothing but the scrape of cutlery against plates, "What did you do before... well before we found you" the still unknown man spoke, turning half his attention away from his plate of food to glance at Ari. By the sounds of things he was unaware of where she'd been for the last 7 months, and she'd like to keep it that way, there was probably a reward out for her capture by now.

She sighed, time to be the basic girl "You know, just hanging out with friends, starting Uni and stuff" she shrugged, "mhm... right..." he said, rubbing his eye, which then lead to him swearing and saying he'll be back, rushing to what was probably a bathroom, Ari frowned, what the hell-

Moments later he returned but something was very different, Ari's jaw almost dropped to the ground, the man was drop dead gorgeous, he had two beautiful eyes, one a cold stormy blue and the other a beautiful green that reminded her of the first day of spring, the were stunning.

He shifted in his seat a bit when he noticed her obsessive staring, she shook herself out of it "You wear contacts?" She asked, that was why his brown eyes didn't look right, they weren't natural. "Yeah, usually... but they were making my eyes hurt today so i had to take them out, I have Heterochromia" he spoke uncomfortably not making eye contact with her.

"Why would you hide that? I think their beautiful" Ari spoke still in a daze, lost in his eyes, she was snapped out of it when he made eye contact with her, slamming her mouth shut, did she really just complement her kidnapper? Maybe she had lost the plot, just like everyone around her had said.

"That's the nicest thing someones said to me all week" he smiled "My names Kai by the way, just so you can stop calling me kidnapper or whatever you've probably been calling me." He held out a hand, she carefully accepted it, shaking his hand then turning back to her plate, finishing off her French toast. This was most certainly odd.

"Well I'm going to go have a shower, I'll be back down in ten" he said, taking their plates and putting them in the sink. "Uh... feel free to use the TV and stuff" he said with one last grin before he dashed up the stairs, most likely to his bathroom.

Ari smiled, there were so many things that she liked about hi- .... No. No didn't like anything about him, he kidnapped her for crying out loud! She needed to get out of here, she needed to live her life, she didn't need love. It would be a weakness, and so far? She hadn't had any weaknesses like that. She needed a plan.
